When I addressed this with the current management, the response was, "Yeah, that's the way it is." And since "the price changes every day," there is no set price! I was told to move out of my unit to a unit in the same location to restart my contract and get the better rate but that would happen only once. ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS business model.
