That's their excuse for doing nothing. Meanwhile, they had no problem happily charging me $80 for an oil change, while ignoring the actual problems I brought my car in for. What makes this even worse is that I wanted these issues fixed before my warranty expires and now, because I have no choice but to drive the car daily, it will likely be out of warranty by the time I can take it to another dealership that actually does their job. This service department was dismissive, deceptive, and clearly more interested in collecting money than standing by their customers. I will NEVER bring my vehicle here again, and I will make sure everyone I know avoids this dealership too.

It's not enough that a relative from a few states over paid about $83 total to send me a envelope via FedEx Express about 6 months ago but this review now takes the spot of being the worst company I've ever dealt with, and I'm a pretty old person no less. My pharmacy decided to send me my meds by FedEx Express 'next day' 3 days ago because I currently can't drive and they thought they were doing me a favor sending it next day FedEx Express. Well, 3 days later I still don't have it and it still says 'On FedEx vehicle out for delivery US, LA, COVINGTON'. I was never asked by my pharmacy to do me this 'favor' for me, because I would never allow anything to come by FedEx. I've had many years of problems and apparently 'Ralph' told my pharmacist that it will definitely arrive by 8pm. In 40+ years no delivery service brings out packages after 5pm. Except for Amazon Prime. We live in the country with only 2 houses (w/mailboxes) on my street. The easiest delivery on earth but FedEx Express couldn't get my med's 20 miles to me in 3 days. I have 2 doctors app'ts at the VA on Monday in case 'next day' FedEx Express comes next week. My pharmacist said the FedEx Express office manager blamed it on the merger of FedEx Express and FedEx Ground. I told her that was over 6 months ago! To think Tom Hanks (a favorite actor of mine) made the movie 'Castaway' and was a FedEx pilot reminds me that at one time they were the gold standard for shipping. That's long gone! This FedEx seems to not be able to hire reliable delivery drivers!!! We hate FedEx!! This is my review from last year (same issue): 1 year ago: I am sick and tired of whoever delivers my FedEx packages from this location. Every FedEx package I've had that gets delivered by them gets lost, damaged, Goes missing, or is delivered to the wrong address. They always deliver to the floor below me too. It's not hard to read the apartment number correctly. This is being ridiculous and makes me want to cancel all orders that get delivered by FedEx. The frustrating part is no one does anything about it! They always say contact the company where it was sent. They do their claim and text you once a day to say it's being "worked on" only to tell me that it was delivered. No S*!%!!!! Then they tell me to contact the supplier. Well hello if it was delivered and I have photo proof it's a FedEx issue, not the supplier. I also think it's not fair to them (luckily they sent me another package free of charge and thankfully shipped through UPS!!). I tried to contact customer service for FedEx, and I get a loop of the same answers. I just want this FedEx location's delivery drivers to be held responsible. That's it.

Zero complaints. David, the owner, was very up front with pricing and the details of the installation and the technical details of the sensor calibration. I called ahead of time, gave him the details of my car, set up an appointment, and it was painless from there. He told me it would take about 1.5 hours but they finished in less than an hour. Caveat emptor - other shops will add a "calibration charge" to a windshield replacement when in most cases the calibration is not necessary. After I talked to David the first time I called around to some other shops and found they all had an extra charge for the calibration. David was up front and said they wouldn't do it unless it was necessary. A simple windshield change does not affect the sensor calibration. If the car has been crashed then it will, but just changing the glass does not upset the calibration. Other shops did not tell me this, just told me the calibration was required. Saved me literally hundred of dollars!! Do your own research and check it out for yourself, but you will wind up here in the end.

Three years in and these guys have been consistently great. Just got the 60k service done on my…read more2022 car, which includes a number of expensive preventive maintenance items. All of them necessary unfortunately. The service writers have been working with me to spread out the services across three service intervals to help ease the "sticker shock" and still get the maintenance done. Did some at the 54k, some more at the 60k, and the last will be done at the 66k. I have dealt with two or three Service Writers through this process and all have been very understanding and willing to help. The service department keeps good records and history of the car which also helps. Words of advice: whatever your car and wherever you take it, don't put off the preventive maintenance! It might be expensive, but it is still cheaper than tearing up your car or getting stranded by the side of the road. Maintenance is cheaper than repairs. Preventive Maintenance is very important to ANY vehicle! Over this time, they have remodeled the lobby and waiting area so it is very comfortable. Free coffee, water, nice bathrooms, etc. They ditched the Lincoln franchise so it is Subaru-only as of 2025. Good experiences and so I keep going back. I'm probably going to buy another car in 2026 and it will probably be from these guys.

They tried to send me home at 5:30 with my tires not being aligned and "dangerously low brake pads" because Jason David he wanted to go home. His words not mine. I said I needed this work done before I drive an hour home. I felt unsafe driving home with my car in that condition. The mechanic said he'd "stay late to finish". While the mechanic was working on my car, the employee named Jason David told me, "If he (the mechanic) works a 4 hour long job and finishes it in 1, then he still gets paid for the 4 hour long job. He gets paid around 200,000 dollars a year." Then I get the bill (attached below). $833 on labor. I think they took advantage of me because they knew I needed the work done on my car right then and there. I am uploading my bill for financial transparency amongst customers. I do not want anyone to get hit with a bill like this. He fixed two additional issues and my bill went up my almost $1000. I had to charge this to my credit card which messed with my credit amount being used which affected my credit score in the middle of me refinancing the car. I am utterly disgusted at this Subaru store. All of my Subaru friends & I have affirmed we are never doing business here again.
