On January 3, 2026, at approximately 11:10 a.m., I returned in person to ASAP Towing, located at…read more2090 Gause Blvd. W, Slidell, Louisiana, to request documentation authorizing the $528 in charges I was billed for a police-ordered tow. I specifically requested that the receptionist, Chloe, provide a rate sheet, ordinance, or police contract authorizing the exact charges listed on my receipt. Chloe appeared visibly irritated and stated that the individual I was requesting was not present and that she would not provide any documentation or information regarding the rates. I then calmly requested an email address for the owner or company representative so I could submit my request in writing. At that point, Chloe became verbally aggressive and unprofessional, raising her voice and making hostile remarks, including stating that "the police already told me about you," followed by profane language directed toward me. Chloe appeared visibly agitated, shaking, and yelling, and her behavior escalated to the point that I felt it was necessary to leave the premises to avoid further confrontation. Due to the verbal aggression and hostile conduct, I documented the incident with law enforcement. My visit was solely to request legally required documentation regarding a regulated, police-ordered tow, and I was met with hostility rather than assistance.

I would definitely use him again. And for anyone complaining about cost for any towing company, think about what it takes and put yourself into the owners shoes, time, expensive fuel, wear and tear on the vehicle, tools and gear, most importantly for tow trucks is liability insurance. Now does $200 really sound like a lot for 3 hours of manual labor and costs. Think about it before you complain and be more grateful. Thanks again Percy and I hope I never have to use you again, but if I do, you'll be my first call

I'm a new customer. They called me about a few major problems they found that they knew I couldn't fix myself like a leaking rear main seal, etc. they made me an incredibly good deal since the engine and transmission were already apart. My total ended up being around $7000. It would have been very helpful to have an accurate quote (which could have been managed by them looking into the manufacturer's recommendations regarding that model's transmission before quoting me a lower price). When they had finished the repair, they caught a crack in the transmission housing (which seems to have been the manufacturer's fault). They communicated with me about that very well, and completed the repair with no hassle or extra cost. Their warranty appears solid, and the car runs great!
