So glad to learn of this place. Someone found it online and told me about it because my…read moreelectricity had been out from a bad storm and I am new to the area. I was able to purchase dry ice at what seemed like a reasonable price. I've never purchased dry ice before so I don't have an actual price comparison point. The pace is easy to miss when driving. You have to turn in like you are going to the car wash and the ice house sits in the back of the area to the right. One of their nice employees saw me looking lost on the lot next door to the place and he walked over and told me how to get to the ice house. He also carried the dry ice to my car. The staff that was working at the counter was also friendly. This will be my go to dry ice place moving forward, but hopefully I won't need it.

Never thought I would need to purchase a C02 tank but rest assured that happened for the first time…read moreand I now have new ammo when I play "Never Have I Ever" or my updated version of "I'm proud to say" since I lose too quickly. Of course I didn't have a tank to simply get refilled but I was very happy to hear Ice House has them available for rental. The one thing that stood out to me was that you can use a card here if you don't have an account. As I was calling around the city, many required a check which as a true Millennial I don't use unless it's those mock checks from the mail I use as a scratch pad.... It was super quick and I was in-n-out within ten minutes. Great service and the hours vary enough for you to go either the crack of dawn or later in the evening. May end up coming back if I ever need commercial amount of ice or another tank for whatever reason.

I will preface this review by stating that up until today, 01 OCT 2020, I had never set foot inside…read moreof a Tractor Supply Company (TSC) store. In fact, I don 't even own a tractor. With that being said, I did however, purchase a new pickup truck this year and low and behold, it's almost time for my first oil change. My truck uses 8 quarts of 0W-20 full synthetic oil. After a little research, I opted to use Shell Rotella gas truck full synthetic oil. Shell Rotella is a popular engine oil for all makes and models of diesels (and tractors), so although this gas truck oil is "fairly" new, I wanted to use it, as the reviews for it are stellar. A quick internet search of the Metro New Orleans area revealed that TSC was one of the only places that had the 0W-20 jugs in stock. I called TSC and was greeted pleasantly on the phone by employee Jennifer. I needed two five-quart jugs and she advised that she only had 2 left, but would hold them at the counter until I got there. 45 minutes later I arrived at the store and was solemnly greeted as I walked through the doors. I saw my "reserved" oil at the cashier's booth and purchased it at a price was $3.00 cheaper (for each jug) than anywhere else, including Amazon. I didn't have time to browse the store, but there is a lot of eye candy in there. I'll be back soon.

Third attempt--the girl who does propane is on a conference call and we don't know how long she'll be! So only one person on shift, in the entire store is qualified to service propane customers?! Ridiculous and frustrating! Management is failing big here---or the entire staff is just full of crap! I know it's hot outside but damn.
