Didn't deliver the bin, I called 10 times to get an estimated arrival time, took them over an hour to respond. Then tells me they can't deliver the bin till 4 days from the expected date! Do not rent from this company. I rented a dumpster on March 18 for $235 . On April 1st I was billed an additional $772.38 for a minimum of 2 tons weight disposal .( I did not disposal of 2 tons of furniture ) . read more

zero stars!! horrible company. They were supposed to call on the way to the site. They tried to say they attempted delivery but driveway to small. Wrong had same dimension dropped off by another company previously and after this called that company again and they delivered another one again no problem. Then they tried to tell me I had to pay a cancellation fee because they couldn't deliver i had two people there no one saw them. Told me I would be refunded they send you to voicemail after voicemail and I am now on the phone again with them a week later because still no refund. In retrospect I believe this company to be a scam/fraudulent. We set up a dumpster delivery, called every day to ensure the dumpsters, we ordered 2, would be delivered so we could clean out an estate. Day before delivery we were informed that only 1 dumpster would be delivered. We got to the day of our scheduled clean out and there was no dumpster delivered and no one at the company answered the phone. AVOID THIS COMPANY! read more

They only put that in a contract they send you through text and if you don't catch it you're screwed. I guess i can't go lower than one star - good job liberty - I ordered 2 - 30 yard dumpsters to empty out the barn for my cousin's estate - three weeks in advance - paid for them - the week before the delivery date i called to make sure everything was good - well, strike one - now i am down to one dumpster - why? not sure - but when they send the electronic documents make sure you read them carefully because they will likely be different than the conversation you had with customer service - I drove over an hour to paint the ground where the dumpsters should go - well one dumpster at this point - I have 10 people showing up to empty the barn - i get there on Friday night and - NO DUMPSTER - I call and talk to customer service and they said "dispatch is aware" - Saturday morning when all the workers show up - NO DUMPSTER - I call - "Crickets" I leave messages - All weekend - NO DUMPSTER - I get a text Monday morning "Sorry we missed your call - how can we help?" Nice touch Liberty - Your only job to make money is to deliver a dumpster and pick it up - guess that is too tough.
