The bacon added a nice crunch, and everything was layered well so it didn't fall apart while eating. Overall, the portion was generous and filling, definitely worth the price. The service was also good, with staff being friendly especially Harrison and checking in without being overbearing. The atmosphere of the diner felt comfortable and clean, making it a nice place to sit down and eat.

We didn't stay, I felt that was rude and dismissive. My wife and I did come back today because they open at 10am on Sundays. The food was absolutely horrible. We ordered the eggroll sampler and fried pickles as an app. The eggrolls were tasteless, and the fried pickles were so greasy we couldn't eat them. Then on to the entrees, I ordered the brunch burger and my wife the French toast with bacon. French toast is what it is...not much you can do (and I still question my wife about ordering it). The burger, flavorless and overcooked. To make this experience better, the bacon for my wife's side and on my burger...completely raw. The food took a long time to come out, so no excuses. The service was good and I don't blame them for this. But far too many missteps. This is not just a mistake on one item...this is a restaurant that's lost its way.

We both found beverages and food that suited our preferences (it should be noted that the menu offers a variety of options). My son declared that his burger was one of the best he has ever had! He said it was perfectly cooked and required no additional condiments to be added. I enjoyed my turkey club, but I think a more accurate name would be " Turkey Blt with Avocado on Ciabatta" because that is what the sandwich is. Regardless, I would order it again. The service was friendly and attetive without being overly so. The atmosphere of the place is relaxed and inviting. We will be back!

We ordered the pork belly bao buns for an app. The pork was painfully dry and the buns themselves were also dry and brittle. We do not recommend at all. I got the mussels in white wine broth with pasta. The broth was bland and mussels weren't to die for, but overall I enjoyed and the portion size was truly insane. My husband got the shepards pie and it was the best shepards pie either of us have ever had. Would be open to trying again but hope the food quality is more consistent next time.

Now, I've been to several Guy Fieri restaurants in my life (actual restaurants) in Vegas and the like, and they were all top-notch. This, however, was not quite the case. Granted, I was certainly not expecting 5-star Vegas caliber dining here, but we were painfully curious to try this along with a few other "delivery only" places popping up. We ordered a Cuban sandwich - pricey and just okay. Slightly inconsistent distribution of meats across the entirety of the sandwich. Basically, one half was great, the other half was so-so... basic math gives that a solid "C" - so again, just okay. We also went for the cheesesteak egg rolls. Again - just okay. Really scant amount of meat, and the "SMC" (super melty cheese) tasted a lot more like a cheap processed American than the claimed provolone. So again, just okay. They even completely omitted the sriracha ketchup, but I was able to concoct my own. The queso dip was actually quite nice. Very flavorful and nicely seasoned with lots of corn, poblanos, and bacon to go around. The chips that came with the queso were grossly under-fried - they might have been good if they were crisp enough, but as they came, they were completely inedible - right in the trash. Finally, and I saved the best for last, the fries. I will admit that the fries were actually something special. Super crispy and loaded with flavor. If you're looking for fries, this is the place! Otherwise, you may look elsewhere. I don't plan on risking the burgers, sadly. I'm really not sure that Guy has even been served the same food we ate the other night, or he'd not allow his name to be associated in this manner. All that said, the fries and the queso get this bumped up to 3 stars - otherwise, it'd be more like a 1.5-2

Had it delivered on time. Opened the container and looked at the burgers ,our immediate thought was "Are you kidding me?" Disappointing doesn't even come close. A sorry excuse of shredded lettuce, onion, and cheese on top of a tasteless burger. Also where was my tomato and special sauce that was supposed to come with it? Nothing worse than expecting a great food experience and getting let down big time. $57 for 3 burgers and 1 French fry -including delivery and tip for driver.

What really makes it unique is the fact that you can place your food order and then go grab a craft brew in a plastic cup and then walk back to get your food. Or, if you prefer to bring your food to the bar area, you can do that too. We had a hankering for burgers and wanted to give Lucky's a try. I'm glad we did and it was an enjoyable experience. We ordered a share basket of fries which were perfectly cooked crinkle fries. They had ketchup available as well. We each got a burger, one classic and one Oklahoma style which had two patties. The classic had more of a Kaiser roll whereas the Oklahoma had a potato bun. The meat was fresh, not frozen and cooked nicely on a flat top. The onions on the Oklahoma were sliced incredibly thin but for some reason were not soft enough to bite through (my only disappointment). It's easy to find as the doorway is right down from Rita's on Ridge Avenue. Give it a try!

Since they are not open for lunch during the week I made sure to stop in on a Saturday in November to grab a burger. Normally I'm a burger purist but on this trip I decided to go with their Oklahoma Onion Butter Burger and a side of fries. I paid via credit card when I ordered.(they were not accepting cash). After about 10mins or so my order was ready. The burger has (2) patties and onions. Flavor was on point but the overall size of the burger was small for me. I could have easily eaten two of them. The side order of crinkle cut fries was equally small and they were just warm. Overall the meal was good and I would eat here again. However if I'm craving a top notch burger I will probably choose one of the other options in the area.

Most familiar places were closed, it being Monday so we took to Google to see what our options were. We just wanted burgers. Nothing fancy. We got seated right away and got to peruse the menu. Simple and to.the point. More than reasonable prices for how excellent the food is. Nothing over $20 on the menu. Seriously. I got the maple bbq burger. Now, the only note I have is the bacon could've been crispier. Other than that, it was juicy, full of flavor, cooked perfectly and all elements worked in harmony. The bbq sauce wasn't too sweet or ketchup-y like some and the maple bacon was YUM. My mom got the cheese burger with cooper sharp and it was heavenly. The tomatoes were just bursting with flavor. The decor is geared towards music. We had an old pic of Sonny & Cher with Bob Dylan. It was hard to look at given how changed Cher is from her um... enhancements. The ceiling is covered with old concert.posters & it was a hoot picking all of the ones I LURVE out (old Bowie poster.from the 70s to start). I could watch a baseball game while the.flyers were hopefully beating Pittsburgh.(Sorry to all da burgh fans) Just a fun place for great food & drink. Let's break it down: Location: 5/5 Vibe / Atmosphere: 4/5 Beer Selection: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Food: 2/5 Takeout: 3/5 On paper, this place should be a home run. Great location. Solid sports bar energy. Rock-and-roll decor, good music, and it's a perfectly fine spot to catch Monday Night Football or grab beers with friends. The staff generally does a good job, and the beer list is one of the better ones in the area. But the food is the weak link and unfortunately, it's a big one. The food is consistently below average. It's not terrible, but it's disappointing, especially given the prices. This is a place where you're better off ordering apps, feeding the kids, or just sticking to drinks. If this is your one night out for the week or the month, you're probably leaving wishing you'd gone somewhere else. The menu itself is broad, I don't want to say everything here is "mid," but I've tried a wide range of items: salads, turkey burger, tacos, bowls, wings... and the only consistently safe bets seem to be the appetizers or fried foods. For a lot of people, that's probably fine, but those are the items I try to stay away from, which makes the menu tougher to navigate. Maybe there's a standout dish I haven't tried yet, but I shouldn't have to hunt for something good. Takeout is another mixed bag. Every time I've tried ordering online, it looks like it's working...until it doesn't. Checkout fails, and I end up having to call in my order to a noisy bar. Once the order is placed, things usually go smoothly, but they should fix it or put up a notice before wasting your time customizing an order for 8 people. What really bugs me about Pour House is that it occupies a prime spot in the local restaurant scene. It feels like it blocks better sports bar concepts from opening because, technically, "that spot is already taken." But it's a mismatch. They need to pick a lane, either: -Lower the prices and lean into classic bar food, or -Keep the prices and raise the food quality a full notch or two Right now, it's stuck in the middle and that's why it lands at three stars. So close to being great, but not quite there.
