I'd have to say I'm impressed by the food coming from a market. I got a random menu in my mailbox awhile ago and stuffed it in my drawer. From all the reviews and taking a look at the menu I decided to go with the falafel platter and the chicken shawarma sandwich. Both were really tasty. The women was super nice on the phone and delivery was really fast. I'll be ordering again.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!! This restaurant doesn't care about customer service. I ordered a Cheesesteak pizza on the phone. When I picked it up and brought it home, there were no onions or peppers on the pizza. I called the store, and the young woman who worked at the front counter informed me I had a wrong menu. She told me if I brought the pizza back she would take care of me.. When I got back to the store the young lady gave me the updated menu and asked the chef to add onions and peppers. Me, personally if I would have worked there and was in that situation, I would have offered a brand new pizza. What does this chef do...he cooks onions and peppers on the grille and puts it into a separate container then gives me the original pizza back. I asked him to at least sprinkle the onions and peppers on the pizza and put it back in the oven.. His response "it's sliced already". Then proceeds to look at me like I'm crazy... Please do not give them your business - the way the chef handled this situation was completely unacceptable!!!!! It was as if I bothered the guy!

Great neighborhood corner store with authentic Mediterranean food; it's a life savor for the lazy and confusing evenings:)))

One of my favorite bodegas in Philadelphia. Their middle eastern takeout is delicious and their employees are the sweetest.

This brand-new addition to Fishtown opened last week near the Berks el stop, and I've already eaten there three times.

To that end, we never had problems with their food. We typically get their Make your own Bowl option. Their Slaw and Potatoes are very distinctive and delicious as base options. We appreciate how their Yeeroh Meats are actually shaved fresh and not some pre-packaged meat or something that isn't shaved, which kind of runs counter to the point. Their hummus is solid as well. The only thing to note is almost all of the veggie toppings aren't necessarily always prepared -- the tomatoes for example are straight up grape tomatoes they throw onto your bowl which could overpower the meal. Still would recommend them as a solid restaurant in the area. What you didn't come here for: - Water: There's no free water option (or at least if there was, I'd be suspect given Philly's reputation) - Restrooms: There is a single occupancy restroom in the rear but... - Accessibility: While it's wheelchair accessible, the path to the restroom gets tight since that hall is where they store their high chairs for kids as well. It could be workable but you'd need some help from someone to move things around for you. - Seating: There is limited seating up front but it's often enough. - Will it fill you up? Yes the serving sides are generous.

Tasted like it was old meat or had been left out for a while and not freshly made. We've ordered salads from here before the every dressing we've gotten has been bad. We've tried the Italian, Greek and Caesar dressings. We also tried the garlic eggplant dip last night and it truly tasted like fish. I lost my appetite after tasting that dip but it wouldn't have fixed the meal as it was so cold to begin with. Very disappointed because when the food is hot and fresh, it's nice, but we will not be ordering from here again.

My go-to order is their grilled chicken with brown rice because their flavors work together perfectly. The chicken was tender and charred nicely without being overly dry. The toppings definitely make this bowl stand out though. The pickled onions help cut through the richness of the feta and hummus perfectly. It definitely is a solid and reliable meal that can be customizable through their build your own bowls with lots of different options for sauces to change up the flavors. I would definitely be back to try their build your own options! During peak lunch rush hours, they can get pretty packed. So I would probably try my luck next time during off-peak hours to avoid the crowds.

I ordered the chicken and rice bowl packed with super greens, corn, spicy broccoli, cucumber , pickled onions and a side of tzatziki. I also opted for both the feta and hummus. I know this is giving big back energy at this point but just load that bowl right on up lol. Everything is fresh and super delicious. The cucumber mint lime drink and the spicy harissa pita chips are a hit too. Service was super fast and the space is clean and modern. Bowls are on the pricier side but worth it. I can eat this everyday.

I ended up creating my own bowl. I selected the steak, rice, cucumbers, tomatoes and a hummus. At Naf Naf Grill, it's all about fresh ingredients, flavor and the ability to create your meal as you would like. I ran into one minor issue when I went in and there was no pita available for purchase that night. They actually gave me extra hummus which I thought was very nice! I didn't like the steak as much as I had expected. The steak was a little chewy and difficult to eat. However, the fresh vegetables and the hummus were very good and helped make up for the steak! Overall, the experience was good enough for a quick grab and go type of dinner. Since it was convenient and they were open at the time I arrived, I would give them another chance if in the area again. The employees were helpful! The ingredients seemed to be good quality and Naf Naf was one of the only places in the area at the time open at night, so that made the restaurant a pretty good bet for a quick bite after a long day of work. There are probably some adjustments I can make to my protein selection next time, or some new options I can look into trying from the menu before I go back. But based on this experience, I would likely visit again if I'm in the area!
