I am so lucky to be able to attend one of the best Aesthetic programs out there. Taylor Andrews…read morestarted their Basic and Master Aesthetic programs at the beginning of 2020 and have come so far in just one year. There are so many services offered, and the actual program is one of the best. I looked at a lot of schools before I picked Taylor Andrews and I haven't regretted the decision once. They offer, basic, master, and level 4 laser training. You also get certified in classic and volume lashes, as well as a full makeup artistry course. The spa area and treatment rooms are spacious, clean, and beautiful. I'm obsessed to say the least! The instructors are so knowledgeable and amazing. I'm so thankful and grateful for the opportunity to attend Taylor Andrews.

But the front desk completely changed the tone of the visit. When I arrived to watch my granddaughter, I simply asked where my daughter was. While I was standing right there, the two receptionists referred to my daughter as "the problem client" -- all because she had her baby with her. That comment was unnecessary, unprofessional, and honestly pretty bold to say in front of a family member. Her one‑year‑old sat quietly for two and a half hours without crying, fussing, or disturbing anyone. We even called ahead to confirm it was okay to bring her, and we were told yes. We live in Utah -- families bring their kids places. It's normal, and it certainly doesn't make someone a "problem." And just to be transparent: you caught me on a calm day. All I wanted to do was get to my grandbaby. On a different day, with a comment like that, I might've been the one you considered "the problem." So I'm choosing to address it respectfully here instead of reacting in the moment. Everyone else in the salon was kind and welcoming, but that front‑desk interaction overshadowed an otherwise great experience. I'm not asking for anything; I just want you to be aware of how it came across. Respect and professionalism at the front desk matter, and comments like that stick with people.

The idea using the black belt to show your kid's progress is super smart and very well thought. We came here for a tour and the place is very organized, basic (in - very good way) and clean. It's really a place catered for kids that think outside the box, from the decor to the paintings and quotes from Einstein. We worked with Emily Clark, very nice and educated lady. Her staff/teachers/mentors are mostly college students. My son loves this place. Period. It's something that he looks forward to. They have a full program and summer camp. I def recommend this even if your kids are not into gaming it is a good start to introduce them to using a pc or learning basic skills. They require kids to be at least 7 years old mainly because they need to be able to read instructions.

Store manager Jett is very aggressive to get you to sign up--many calls and texts. Once signed, he is very stingy on the time. Did you take 10 minutes extra to pick up your kid? Going to have to charge you an extra hour for that. His dad Rick who manages another location is not much better. Try the Draper Code Ninja instead, it's under a different franchisee.
