There are conservative Asians and then there are liberal Asians. I call them Libasians. They usually are a little above their station. The Libasian Station. This is a cool little dingy old bar where the logo has the theme of a London Underground Station. Which I really appreciate! The drinks are not as expensive as at some other bars around here, and it's a pretty cool neighborhood hangout. Haven't seen any stunning girls in here yet but maybe next time. Faces buried in cell phones has alway been a sore subject with me. one 2 occasions, 1st time, it was me and one other person in the bar waiting for a refill and the bartender sat at the far end of the bar on her cell phone until we literally had to say, "I'll have another one"... The next time, same bartender, was literally taking a beer order from a friend with her face in the phone, txtg while serving it to my friend. rude, unprofessional and totally not deserving of a tip... you'd think she'd get it, especially when your livelihood depends on your level of service and costumer interaction... It's sad when you have to know who's bartending somewhere before knowing if you want to go in. read more

Just a regular Joe kinda spot. I've only been here a couple of times but instantly felt comfortable. A guy slid over to offer me and my pal a spot at the bar. The barmaid was welcoming and quick with a beer. The menu offers basket bar food and a few people were snacking. Obviously a bunch of regulars but it didn't make us out of place. Musics to loud, sound system is shit for the volume. Bartenders are crude and crass. The owner sits at the end of the bar all night getting hammered. Beer and booze selection is not bad considering. The wings suck, especially when you order them, watch them arrive 25 min later, bartenders smoking and it takes an additional 10 to get them in front of me. First impression, "Are you sure we are in the right place?" You almost have to get out of your car and walk the plaza to find this hole in the wall bar. Second impression, there is a baby, a fresh, new, itty bitty baby in a carrier at a table. Most of the clientele is male and of an older generation but all very friendly. Good bottle beer selection. Menu, you have your pick of five fried items. Chicken fingers, wings, French fries, mozzarella sticks and pizza logs. We were surprised they even had celery to serve with the wings. Our group of five ordered wings, fries and mozz sticks. The wings weren't bad but they weren't great. They weren't crispy and we ordered half medium, half hot and couldn't tell the difference. The French fries were just okay. Mozzarella sticks were good but how can they ever be bad? It's a great little bar with TV's in view from no matter where you are sitting/standing. Since the establishment is so small it can get a little loud at times but that just added to the excitement of the game. Clean, friendly, simple and fun. read more

A good, small neighborhood bar. Definitely a decent spot to watch a game with TVs all around if you don't like to go to an obnoxious place like wild wings or something. Bartenders are nice, don't mind changing the channel if you ask, don't make you wait at the bar like dope with your money out trying to make eye contact. They have a dart board and a jukebox too. Negatives are no credit cards, which is a bit annoying, and the food is really just a menu of like 4 or 5 things you can dump into a fryer like wings, pizza logs, and mozzarella sticks. All are fine I guess, but that's all you can get. Overall, I really like it for just a low key place to grab a drink. read more

The first time I walked in here alone, I was a little intimidated and left. It is definitely a neighborhood bar where everyone knows each other. Mostly professional men and very few women. I returned with my wife and everyone was incredibly friendly. People are consistently buying each other drinks. They even bought me a couple and it was my first time. I go here about once a month now and have never had a bad experience. The wings are incredible and cheap. I always get 20 Medium wings for $15! They take a while, but are always perfect. I am picky about my blue cheese and they don't disappoint. This is a great place to meet other middle age professional people(men). read more

I don't come in very frequently as I don't live that close but stopped in with a friend around 6:15 pm a few days ago. Nice hole in the wall local bar, good bottle and draft beer selection. Cash only. Great prices! Very attractive bartender (think Julia Roberts!) with a good personality and quick with our drinks. Nearly every seat at the bar was taken, and a group of guys playing cards at a table. Evening bartender came in ("Kelly" I think), also attractive and personable, both bartenders gave us just as much attention as they did the "regulars". Visited bartender, Lisa, the other night at Libation Station. Hubby's and my first time there. Great, friendly regulars and what an awesome bartender. Lisa kept everyone's glass filled and I even got my first Full Monty Bloody Mary - - WOW what a zing that was for my taste buds. Once we found the place tucked away in the corner of the Dash's Plaza, we could see why it is so popular and everyone knows about it. We stopped at a local bistro in OUR neighborhood (S. I read John B's review and there are a couple inaccuracys. First, Libation Station will make BBQ wings for you. If you get there before 11 and you are a regular, they will send Donny to the store for you to get whatever BBQ sauce you want! Now that's service. I personally like to just bring my own unopened bottle of BBQ sauce and save Donny the trip to Dashes. Second inaccuracy, The jukebox is ok, but theres some douche who keeps playing country all day on it. If this guy reads this article, NOBODY wants to hear that crap all day! Mix in some metal. One thing, that makes this bar great is that they have menus behind the bar for Pizza places and the chinese joint next door. They let you order whatever you want and have it delivered to you at the bar. Awesome right? I know! Also they have 5 flat screens so theres always a bunch of sports on. It would be sweet if they could maybe hook an Xbox up to one. I would never leave if they did.
