Hmmm, as it turns out - I'm not hot about middle-eastern salad. For a start, I'm not too crazy about sour and pickled stuff, but still very much curious about how this place measures up considering of the glittering stars review it gets.
Maybe it's not them, maybe it's me - but the prices seem pretty steep for *Just salad* (I chose the 2 meze, one bakery and salad) and paid 72kr for it, or maybe I'm just overall stingy when it comes to pay for bunch of greens (I might not be the biggest meat eater, but I always feel cheated when I have to pay for some greens *ahem* salad, I mean, for me - money is best spent on: MEAT).
Don't get me wrong, the hummus is amazing, but the salad is meh, and although the samosa is great (maybe I'll just stick to the deep fried stuff next time), I asked for a meat samosa and got a vegetarian instead and only found out when I got home. Say what?
Anyway, all the reviews were raving about falafel, something that I didn't get to try, so I'd probably give this place a second chance and try those supposedly divine falafel everyone's talking about. read more
