    Interior view...its cozy.

On the way to breakfast, my friend and I passed the Hope Bar which looked cute. We continued to another cafe up the block but it was crazy busy so we went back to Hope. It was 9:30 am and the bigger breakfast items weren't being served until 10 am. There was only one gentleman working at the time but he said "no problem" and to go ahead and order. We both ordered The Brunch plate at 9:36 am...we didn't get our food until 10:17 am. When we did get our plates, the bread was missing. We waited another 10 minutes just to get three pieces of bread. My friend also had to ask twice for water. It just seemed very unorganized but the gentleman working there was busy. He did have another lady join him around 10:00 am and that is also when I could pay with a card because she was the one who operated the machine. The food was okay, however I don't understand why it took 40 minutes to prepare. The Brunch consisted of sweet potato fries (which were cold), a scoop of guacamole, a scoop of hummus, a small jar of cream with berries on top, bread (which we had to ask for although its listed as part of the platter) and a small yogurt parfait. I also ordered a Cafe Latte which was fine and I got early on. It was a sweet little place with nice people but it felt hectic behind the counter and the food wasn't worth the wait. Ohhhhh wellllllll.

The Latin Quarters of Copenhagen is the place to visit when in town. Hope Bar serves basic food, well done and with vegan fantasy. The atmosphere is unpretentious and warm. All making my excellent burger taste really good. Expect a few minutes waiting for your dish. It's well waiting for having a chat with your neighbor before eating starts. Prices are ok and you leave Hope Bar with a smile.

    Yummy mango smoothie bowl!

Hope Bar is centrally located in the Latin Quarter! It's on a very cute street, across from a huge thrift store. The atmosphere is great, very welcoming and cozy. It feels like a little healthy shop and the lighting is very nice! I got a mango smoothie bowl. It was great! The smoothie was a bit thinner than I would have liked, but the flavor was amazing! I loved the toppings.

I had the vegan burger and it was the most amazing burger, out of all the vegan and meat burgers I have ever had to eat.
