I knew this was the right call to make. I contacted Mr. Castillo and scheduled an appointment for him to come to our home and give me an estimate. Mr. Castillo arrived fifteen minutes early and immediately began looking for the cause of the leak. He was very friendly, professional, clean, and outgoing. Within thirty seconds, Mr. Castillo identified the problem and gave me an incredibly affordable quote. I agreed to the price. As he began working, he discovered two additional issues with the pipes under the sink. Rather than raising the price for the new problems, Mr. Castillo assured me the cost would stay the same, even though it would require a few extra pipes to fix. My first impression was that he was honest. I decided to tip Mr. Castillo more than I planned because of the great price and the extra work at no charge. Mr. Castillo finished the repair in twenty minutes, cleaned up the area, and left it better than when he arrived; my sink was fully functional again. Castillo's Plumbing is now my go-to plumber for any future plumbing needs.

There was no pressure to move forward just for the sake of making a sale. Honesty and communication are two of the things I value most when working with a contractor, and Alpine Plumbing delivered on both. I really appreciated their professionalism and straightforward approach and would definitely recommend them.

We first called him when a gas leak was discovered on our property, which ultimately required significant gas line work and replacement of the main line from the meter to the house. Most recently, he installed a new water softener and took care of several other plumbing items for us. He has consistently been reliable, knowledgeable, honest, and very easy to work with. He communicates clearly, shows up when he says he will, does excellent work, and takes great care of the property while he's working. His pricing has always felt fair and reasonable for the quality and scope of the work, and I appreciate knowing that the job will be done right. He also leaves everything incredibly clean when he's finished. On our most recent job, he hauled away the old water softener, took all of the packaging and debris with him, and swept up afterward. It's clear that he takes pride in his work from beginning to end. Decided to give these guys a try so called them and was able to make a same day appointment. Robert texted ahead of time and arrived within the arrival window. He was very nice, answered all my questions, and fixed 1/4 problems we had. One other issue he says could not be fixed and another he could not find a problem to fix. For the last problem, he said he to see if he could get the part and that he would get back to me. If he made an effort to reach out I missed it and as far as I know he never followed up. Since I was surprised that a special part was needed, I went out to get my own part and will try to fix it myself later. He did fix the main issue we called him out for. Given the mixed experience, I will likely try one of the many other eager plumbers who contacted me on Yelp and give one of them a try in the future, but I will not be opposed to using WR again.

We recently encountered what appeared to be a slab leak, so we contacted Here To Help Plumbing…read morehoping that they handled such issues. As my wife has called them in the past for our plumbing emergencies, we were relieved when Mario let us know that such a task was within his scope of service - and, as with past plumbing issues, Here To Help did an excellent job of rerouting four of our lines to avoid having the costly (and destructive) process of jackhammering into the slab. I really appreciated the fact that Mario offered several repair options ranging from the least to most expensive. (We took a middle one.) I cannot express in this short review my gratitude to Mario and Henry for the careful, thorough, and quality work they put into addressing and fixing our problem (which actually turned out to be two leaks instead of one). They kept us updated on progress and showed genuine concern for us when the repairs necessary resulted in the need to have the water off overnight. I wasn't surprised the actual rerouting took as long as it did since we have a two-story house with lines running numerous directions for both upstairs bathrooms. Mario was able to enter the wall through our downstairs closet. This eliminated the need for cosmetic patching and/or replacing of drywall (and subsequent painting) in a highly visible area of the house. When finished, however, the same care was taken in replacing the drywall as if it would have been in a highly visible area - even though we let them know that our closet would be refilled with the junk we removed for the repairs, so you probably wouldn't even see the wall. (Yeah, that closet is usually full!) Mario and Henry are honest, hardworking, thorough, pleasant, and all-around stand-up guys - AND they are my family's new heroes! The quickly developing marsh on the side of my house is no more, and the bill presented for their services was less than I anticipated - undoubtedly due to their patience in finding repair solutions that minimized the overall cost of said repairs. I highly recommend Here To Help for your plumbing needs! Thank you sooooo much, gentlemen - you guys ROCK!!!
