I was recommended to check out Innsaei by several parents on the Utah Kids Foundation Special Needs…read morefb group. My husband and I have been taking the Child Parent Relationship Skills class and it's exactly what I needed and hoped for to get my relationship with my 8 yr old ASD kiddo back on track. The instructor, Barbara, is an amazing wealth of knowledge and it's so nice to be there with other parents in a community setting. I feel supported on this parenting journey for the first time in a long time. My kids attend the Whole Child Healing Circle with Emily at the same time & I regularly hear them say, "I love therapy!" I can't ask for much more than that. Thank you Barbara, Emily, & Innsaei!

Many of the individuals and families we work with are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, emotional regulation challenges, behavioral concerns at home or school, family conflict, and past experiences that still feel present. Rather than focusing only on behaviors, we look at the full emotional environment. We believe that when a child or parent feels safe and understood, things begin to shift naturally. Communication improves, regulation becomes more accessible, and patterns start to change in a way that actually lasts. Our work is grounded in connection, curiosity, and creating a space where people don’t feel judged or rushed.

Different tools, same intention. Helping kids feel safe enough to open up in their own way.

Yes, 3 year old kids can be nightmares (and mine is no exception), but receiving a TEXT from the teacher saying he couldn't return after only 2 days seems absurd. I asked her if he could have another chance. NO. I asked if I could observe the class and his behavior. NO. I asked if there was anything else I could do because I had to work from home and I depended on those 3 hours to get work done. NO. My experience with the school was entirely unprofessional and disappointing. There was ABSOLUTELY clear favoritism shown to some students versus others when I would drop off and pick up, which was very frustrating to see. A side note: Children often act out when they feel uncomfortable or unsafe in a situation. Obviously I wasn't there during the class, but I think that is something to think about when choosing a preschool for your own child.
