We stumbled upon this spot while in Eagan and are so glad we did! The space was clean and the music was calming. For reference, we've been trying to find a Tom Kha like our favorite Thai spot in southern Florida for a few years now. The coconut milk and lemon grass were fragrant and flavorful. Plus, it was packed full of ingredients! This is the closest we've found in the Midwest for sure. Our tried and true, Pad See-Ew, never lets us down and this was no exception. The wide noodles glistened and paired well with the pork. Plus, the portions were huge! We split both and had half of each left to-go. All that for under $30? Mind boggling!

Great place! Recently they added extra space and decorated it beautifully! The yellow walls really give it a happy vibe. The staff is so kind. Whether it's takeout or dine in, they always make sure you're satisfied. They make it a point to give fresh hot food every time. The Khao Soi is one of my favorites. The hot curry with the noodles is so soothing. You can feel all the flavors hit you as it enters your mouth. I also enjoy the Thai Fried Rice. It tastes even better than it smells! Before I can even receive the food I can smell the aroma coming straight from the kitchen! One staple I get every time is the mochi ice cream. The outer layer is stretchy and chewy, and the ice cream on the inside side is sweet and creamy. Don't miss this dessert when you go there. Overall this is a restaurant I would highly recommend! It will be worth your time!

Excellent flavors! Excited to have a decent Thai restaurant in Eagan. Service was excellent, but we were one of only two tables being served at the time. Ambiance is clean and cute for a suburban strip mall restaurant, but I would not call it date worthy. With only 7 tables in the restaurant, I would not bring a party lager than 4 people here. I loved that the menu has plenty of pictures to help you order. Here's what we've tried so far: Pad See Eiw (4/5) the noodles were perfect. I asked for extra sauce and they did not disappoint. My tofu tasted great, freshly fried and flavored by my extra sauce. I'm not vegetarian, but I prefer their tofu vs the beef. Massaman Curry (4/5) when asked how spicy, we were given options of mild, spicy or Thai Hot. When my hubby answered Thai hot, our waitress asked if he was sure. Haha! Yes, it was spicy by Minnesotan standards, but not as spicy as some other Asian restaurants in the twin cities. Hubby enjoyed the spice level, but I could not handle more than a teaspoon of this flavorful curry.

Delicious, fresh Thai at a reasonable price!! I'm a die hard King & I Thai (Mendota Heights) goer but they don't deliver to where I live. I'm uber particular about my pad Thai and this was fab. Will 100% be ordering from here again- and trying new items! (Ignore my plastic "I'm eating on the living room floor watching a movie" tablecloth)

Fairly new Thai place in Eagan. Convenient location, good quality ingredients, and a nice clean and busy place. Food, however, lacks flavor - we expected fresh basil, lemongrass and cilantro, but they seem to use dry spices instead, and that makes the food taste more bland. I am sure this place will only get better with time.

Brand new restaurant! This is great Thai food. It's nice to have a local Thai restaurant and not have to go 20-30 minutes to Apple Valley. This is actually much better than Taste of Thaiyai in my opinion. Food came out very hot and fresh, a tad bit spicy for medium, would probably do mild and add spice next time. But, if you like Thai food, you owe it to yourself to try this!

I love bamboo and the was plenty of it in the bowl. The egg was cooked perfectly. The noodles have a great chewy consistency. It was filling and I even got a to go container. The ramen was still good the next day, not soggy as you'd expect. They have cayenne pepper and some pickled peppers if you want more spice to the ramen. The bubble tea here is also really good, it's nice and easy to order with the kiosks they have. The overall atmosphere is very nice, makes you feel like you are in Japan, they even have the umbrella bags for rainy days!

It doesn't compare to ramen I've had in Japan or even LA but it hits the spot when I'm craving it!

With two locations that are both consistently amazing, I've never had a single subpar experience. The restaurants are clean, simple and have great service. One thing I really appreciate is how clearly they label gluten-free and vegetarian options. The menu is packed with choices for different dietary restrictions. Every dish feels thoughtfully crafted and full of bold, authentic flavor. My go-to favorites are the pad thai, green curry, drunken noodles, Thai fried rice, yellow curry, and the spring rolls, they truly never miss. If you're new to Thai food, you can't go wrong starting with the pad thai and fried rice. If you like a little spice and depth of flavor, definitely add a curry to the mix. The portions are generous (perfect for sharing), and everything is consistently fresh and delicious. I can't recommend Coconut Thai enough!

It was hot and ready right on time. Staff carried it out to my car for me so that was super helpful. I told the owner there would be several Hmong and other people at the party who would like the food very spicy, but I could not eat super spicy food. He said no problem, and he included a very generous amount of crushed chili peppers and chili oil in containers for free! I wasn't sure what to order for a group. The owner helped and one recommendation was Laab. I wasn't sure when he said it is a cold salad with ground meat. But I ordered it and it turned out to be my favorite! It came with very crisp lettuce and sticky rice. It had lots of fresh mint leaves and it was so good I dream about it now... Everything was amazing and people loved the food. It all tasted very fresh and delicious. I definitely recommend them

I had just finished getting some groceries at ALDI after having arrived in the Twin Cities from the greater Toronto area. Next door to the grocery store, in a small plaza, was this iPho 2 eatery. For some reason, it's listed without the number on Yelp. On the sign, there's a clear 2 in its name. I drove over to this plaza and backed into an available space. Next door to this eatery was a diner. My original thought was to go there, but it was closed for the day at around 4:30 pm on a Wednesday. I walked in. I was immediately greeted by three people. I asked for a table and got one by the kitchen. It was cool seeing all the orders get picked up from a window right in front of me. Whenever I'm away from home, I tend to get pho. It's comfort food. I also crave it often. A large glass of water with ice came. I needed it. It was cold and perfect on an unseasonably warm 15°C March day. I got these items: - Diet Coke - Grilled pork fresh rolls - Beef flank and beef balls pho (regular) I got the nicest man who took my order. I asked him how large the large-sized pho bowl was. Portions are generous. I went with a regular instead, which was perfect. I got my Diet Coke. It came with ice in a cup. It hit the spot. The grilled pork fresh rolls were divine. They were stuffed to the max with vermicelli, grilled pork, and veggies. The grilled pork was tender and delicious, especially dipping it in the sauce. I loved my bowl of beef flank and beef balls pho. I added mint, bean sprouts, and a squeeze of lime. The beef flank was tender. The beef balls were sliced, which made picking them up with chopsticks a lot easier. The broth was excellent. I loved the thinly sliced onions in it. The green onions were also yummy. The noodles were perfect. The amount was indeed generous. I used the washroom before I left. It was clean. No issues. It is clear from the lucky cat's bracelets and the sign in front of the store that ICE was not welcome here. I was even happier to support a local business that wasn't afraid to point out how it felt. I paid with a credit card and tipped. The woman asked me how everything was. Fabulous is the word that I used. It was a great first meal after having landed in the Twin Cities. I'd return in a heartbeat. It was a great find. (125)

This place is in a strip mall in a busy intersection with a few other things around it. Easy to find parking in the lot and easy to get to. The place is not very big and was pretty packed at lunch time. It is simple but clean and bright. I got seated right away and they brought a menu and some water. I was undecided between the Phở đặc Biệt (Combination Pho) and Bún Bò Huế (Spicy Vermicelli Soup) so I asked the server and she recommended the Pho. I ordered the x-large since I was hungry. The food didn't take long to come out. And initially I thought I made a mistake ordering the x-large because the portion size was quite big (the have an even larger size called the jumbo). I did end up having all of it but it was definitely more food than I needed. The Pho was very good. Not too sweet or salty. Had a good flavor and you could taste the spices. There was a very generous amount of meat and noodles in that big bowl. Came with your standard toppings of beansprouts, basil and jalapenos. The jalapenos were cut lengthwise instead of the standard discs which made for some really big pieces. Not a complaint just something I noticed as different than most places. The other thing that was different was the meatballs, which were sliced thinly instead of quartered lie in most restaurants. They did have decent flavor and the meats were all tender. It was definitely a delicious and generous bowl of Pho and I will be coming back here to try their Bánh Mì Bò and Bún Bò Huế. If you are in the mood for a good bowl of pho and are in the area, I would recommend giving this place a try.
