He then admitted the railing might still have instability. When I questioned the work, he stormed into my unit in a furious manner demanding payment. When he noticed another person working on my A/C, he suddenly said he didn't need my money. Worried they might make things worse, I asked for another opinion. He suggested adding yet another post and a top railing. Two days later, he left one worker behind and disappeared. The top railing ended up crooked. Later, he sent someone else to collect the payment. I paid because I felt intimidated. The railing was still not fully repaired, and per our agreement, they were also supposed to paint it. I reminded them multiple times, but the job was never completed. Now, the condo association is threatening me with a penalty because the railing was not painted. When I asked them to finish their work, their reply was simply: "FIND SOMEONE ELSE." I hope every unit owner in Victoria Beach Condo reads this before hiring them.

I got no notification of the change, and when I asked why the nearly $1200 bill for a small problem, he said I agreed to pay whatever he said it cost. I asked for the invoice and have not received it despite paying his inflated bill. I wish I had seen the low Yelp rating. I only agreed to this contractor because of the high Angi rating.
