We hired Jason and his team to remodel the second-floor family bathroom in our 1970 colonial home,…read morewhich had last been updated in the early 1990s. After experiencing plumbing issues last year that caused water to seep from the bathtub on the second floor into our kitchen ceiling, we decided it was time for a bathroom remodel and contacted Jason. His team updated our basement a few years ago so we knew the quality and value we were getting for this project. Jason is a thorough and involved contractor. He recommended the best layout for the space and suggested opening a soffit to provide more room and improve ventilation for the shower/tub unit. Throughout the project, he or a team member was present to monitor and manage all aspects, from demolition, replumbing, and rewiring to the final placement of fixtures, ensuring everything met building standards and our satisfaction. He also addressed mold and water issues, using quality materials to prevent future problems. One suggestion for homeowners planning a remodel: make sure all products, fixtures, and tiles are ordered, delivered, and inspected before the project starts. We mistakenly waited to order the shower/tub unit until after the demolition, which led to a scramble for a timely delivery--only to find that the unit was damaged upon arrival. Thankfully, we managed to get another unit delivered and ready for the plumber when he arrived. Thank you to Jason and his team for guiding us through this process and helping us stay on track to complete the remodel within our timeline.

We had two bathrooms that needed to be remodeled and refreshed in our 100 year old house. I hired…read moreJason based upon the reviews I saw online and the pictures as well as meeting with him. Upon removing the downstairs shower, we saw new ideas for the remodel including moving the entry from the dining room to the laundry room and then decided to remodel the laundry room. There were many issues such as plumbing against a wall where it would freeze, the toilet connection was crooked, and a joist supporting the bathroom floor was cut. Jason came up with solid solutions and when completed we were amazed. The differences are so great. I don't think we would have had the same result if we didn't use Jason. If I have another project that needs to be done my first call will be to Jason without a doubt. I would highly recommend him- you won't be disappointed.

I have used LGB Pool Company for my opening and closing for 19 years. This year their customer…read moreservice quality has been nothing shy then unacceptable, the boys as Gardner refers to came on time to close the pool, my wife and I were in the water enjoying the last day of it being open. The lead guy suggested we can continue to enjoy the pool as it was a gorgeous pool day and said it was no problem for them to come later in the afternoon. When they failed to show up I contacted Gardner who was as rude as I ever heard him not only to me but to my wife as well, denying his employee ever said that, and as a result of the delay he was not able to come till 3 weeks later. My wife who usually never get involved with contractors simply could not bear to be subjected to his abuse and grabbed the phone to verify what we both heard earlier from his lead guy, after all if we were led to realize that it would have delayed the closing by 3 weeks we clearly would have got out of the pool and let them close it. Gardner's vulgar voice overpowered my wife's and he eventually hung up on us. What an incredible customer service oriented act. Needless to say I regarded this incident as the last encounter with this company. In short to sum things up, I strongly advise anyone to refrain from subjecting yourselves to this horrible abuse. Stay away from doing business with Gardner and LGB.

I should have put a stop to it all during demo when they ruined every wall surrounding and the ceiling below (all of which were brand new due to water damage). But it they promised to fix it. The company has a license but the crews do not. There are no qualified plumbers yet they mess around with plumbing. And they destroyed it. They stuck an unsealed flange repair kit into our sewage pipe (that they bent when cutting!). Our home has smelled like sewage and the company refused to take onus and repair. They refused to put me in contact with the business owner after asking many, many times. After going back and forth for months, we finally had to hire a plumber and he unearthed the disaster underneath the toilet. Next are the walls and ceiling, on OUR dime?! Bath Planet of CT will ruin your home and not take any accountability or make any effort to make right what they have broken. I was so excited for a new bathroom. But I would take the 1940 original over the awful ordeal and money grab we have been put through any day.

Quality: stone cut on top and 5" addition on wall and in shower. The shower is a cheap Home Depot on bathtub shower door so I have to duck-in and duck-out to take a shower. The ceiling shower head was not put on. They left the part for me for homework at 9:15pm that somebody will do it another day. They made an electric wire hole above the half wall of the shower mistakly as per the shower door did not fit by the drawing so they had to put 4" to the left and the glued up stone with the hole was done already. I can not put the medicine cabinet on the wall because the wire will connect outside on the stone wall. The half wall is not finished outside of the shower you can see the sheetrock. The vanity is 1" away from this wall, so you can not even paint it. I had to buy the flooring too otherwise they put the toilet and vanity for a cement base flooring. This job was done May 11-12 pd $31,950 and as of today with the 100% warranty they are still not coming to fix the wall with the hole, the half wall finish, move the vanity with the piping, put on the 2nd shower head, replace the whole shower with a taller shower. Today is July 7th 2026. I am in Danbury, CT 45 min from Milford. Where are they?
