I went to a big box store…read moreand was very unimpressed (with just about every aspect) with that experience and decided to look elsewhere. I dealt with Chellie at Express Kitchens in Orange. I told her I was unhappy with what I was seeing elsewhere and wondered if she could do better. She was an absolute delight! I knew what I wanted going in and she helped me realize my vision without trying to get me to blow my budget. Now that everything is done, I am so happy. The cabinets and countertop look amazing! It took about 2 weeks for construction to be complete, which wasn't much fun with a 1.5 year old, but, now that it's done, I can say it was worth it. I took off a star because of the install side of things. The install itself (cabinets, countertops, and plumbing hook up) was good and the guys who did the work were nice and professional, but there seemed to be a ton of confusion/miscommunication in the business office. This lead to confusion on my end and some extra running around, which was annoying. Overall, I'd do it again and recommend Express Kitchens, I would just hope the people in the business office communicate with each other in order to cut down on confusion.

I already wrote a negative review but here we are..still dealing with the company with no ethics…read more The company asked that we take down our negative review because it affects their pay. I told them if we can get our counters with no issues and our missing item delivered with no issues I would consider it. But weeks later, we still have no counters because they cannot figure out how to measure for our countertops. It's not a complicated kitchen. Also we were supposed to have a delivery today for missing parts and nobody ever showed up. So I had to call to find out where they were because I waited around all morning and I was told that the truck is delayed and it's going to be a few more hours. Nobody ever called to tell us this... so again it all comes down to the fact that this company has zero accountability. Still do not recommend. Edited again to add: they did not deliver in the delivery window and did not bother to call. When I called them they say "oh we called your husband and told him" -- that was a lie. Finally received the missing parts that I waited around all day for and guess what?? ITS. NOT. CORRECT. Zero respect for their customers time, zero respect for the significant amount of money that we paid in full for, and still zero accountability.

NEVER AGAIN. Think you're ordering a white kitchen? Think again! All of the white cabinets have a…read moregrey border that's meant to act as a "shadow." Well rather than acting as a "shadow," it looks absolutely crazy. Picture an old ratty car that has one door different than the other. This grey edging creates distinct grey lines throughout the cabinets and is very clearly visible when any door/drawer is opened. Needless to say, my order was refused upon delivery. I would never spend $10k on a kitchen I was unhappy with. The customer service as Wren is nothing to brag about either. They're friendly and accommodating until the moment you put your deposit down. Once they lock you in, all bedside manner goes out the window. It is constant back and forth with changes, delays with a "compliance team", MULTIPLE measurements taken because they were wrong the first time. Then trying to talk to a decent human being about this grey edging as been a nightmare. I would never recommend for anyone to use Wren Kitchens in ANY capacity and will never be taking my business back to them. This was truly a disappointment.

A good selection of cabinetry and countertop materials for what we needed. One of the advantages of working with this company is they provide an all in price which includes design, fabrication, demolition, electric and plumbing work, drywall, installations of cabinets and all appliances as well as paint. They coordinate everything. Agreed on a schedule and they kept it. No issues with "extra" work coming up during construction either. They are very interested in customer satisfaction. There were some crossed signals on communication but we were flexible so no big deal. Recommend them for kitchen bath work large or small.

The stress was overwhelming, Overpriced and the conversations were always void of details. We abandoned the project and went on vacation instead! Fast fwd 2 yrs, I finally found Royal kitchens and Bath from the internet. The reviews were all I had to go by (all genuine and positive) and then we met Robert and his lovely wife and our search was over! There wasn't any hesitation, reasonable priced, good communication and patient listeners. Robert's a straight shooter, doesn't promise anything he cant deliver and confident in all he can do. We were blown away how fast and meticulous Robert and his crew were, they installed cabinets, countertops and backsplash, ran new elect lines; replaced 1/ wall in a wk and 1/2! Multiple workers working list a well oiled machine and Oscar, what can we say but OUTSTANDING! The cleanest, most meticulous worker, he was a pleasure to speak with and watch. They were on time every day, Robert visits the work site many times over the course of each day, the crew is clean, skilled & professional and a week later we are in LOVE with our new kitchen! It was a dream job, no glitches and if anything did popped up, it was quickly addressed and remedied. Our friends and family are in awe and we can't stop staring at the gorgeous outcome! My wife & I love our home, but the shower in our master bathroom was looking dingy... particularly,…read morethe grout between the tiles. Me being a typical guy, I tended to overlook it. But it drove my wife crazy, and the more I looked at it, she was right... The grout was no longer white, but kind of gray & discolored.... it just looked bad. And also, when we moved in, the people before us had just applied caulk between the tub and the tile wall, and it was all yucky and discolored (and probably a bit moldy). So we decided we needed to regrout. I was considering doing it myself until I did some research... this sounded like a time-consuming, tedious job... removing the old grout, applying the new grout after mixing it, washing the tile, waiting for it to dry.... I'm not much of a do-it-yourselfer to begin with, so the lazy sombitch in me decided to see if I could find anyone who would render this service for a reasonable price. I called a few people, and some places (particularly Amore) were kind of douchy on the phone about re-grouting. So I called Mignone, and they were able to give me a ballpark estimate. He had someone come out in a week or so, and man, for just $175, they did an incredible job. It's unbelievable how new the shower looks now.... fresh, gleaming white grout between the tiles. The man got the job done in less than 4 hours, and in just over a day, it was dry and ready for use. So, if you are considering a little home improvement in this type of area, definitely give these guys a call. I do feel somewhat guilty not being a do-it-yourself guy, but then again, it felt good supporting a good, reputable local business. So, if you need anything work done with your bathroom tile, give these guys a call. Well, I take that back. If you're trying to install a secret camera behind one of the tiles so you can see your co-ed roommate take a shower, don't call these guys. You're a real sicko, man... and you need to get some help. But for anything else you want to do with your tile, try these guys.
