After 8 months, got tired of waiting and filed BBB complaint. Still took months for Shawn to contact me and get a rep and come out to look at the damage. He said the flooring company offered 1,000 sq ft replacement. Shawn and the rep finally came out and looked at the flooring a couple months ago (after a year). Shawn said he would contact me with a decision in 2-3 days. I haven't heard anything from Shawn and he will not respond to my texts during the past 2 months.
