My wife and I have built three decks at previous houses which we owned. We decided to hire someone…read moreto build the deck on our current home and requested bids from four companies. Charlotte Deck Builders was the lowest bidder. We are more than pleased with the deck they built. Not only did Victor and Anibal build a great deck but they exceeded our expectations and they were meticulous in their attention to the smallest details. They built a great deck. Admittedly, our project was smaller than others we saw in the gallery but our interactions with Diego and Eddy, the owner of CBD, was very pleasant. Each treated us as if we were as important as if we were clients with other, larger projects. The only negative comment we have is the invoicing process -- it was confusing and difficult to interpret. But, in the end, Eddy is an honest, reliable business owner who is true to his word. We cannot recommend CBD high enough to build the deck you want.

The workmanship is nothing short of the old time craftsman style work you would expect years ago but rarely see in todays workforce. We could not be happier with Ricardo and his crew. RBS contractors hired well. These guys are good for the company. It wasn't a cheap job but believe me, they earned their money. They give u a bulky fence that will withstand the test of time and give u a guarantee as long as u own the home for their work. Amazing!!!

Consequently, I had water leaking into and under the flooring of the living room. The crew was a pleasure to work with, and they left the area completely clean as if they hadn't even been here. I highly recommend them.
