Everything was going great till we ran it and the fan wabbled excessively at speeds above 3 out of 6. Roman's response was that it was a large fan which is nonsense, the fans blades need adjustment as mentioned in the manual to ensure they are all the same height from ceiling. There's also a weigh kit included. Worst part was that he was not even willing to try. Even a small deviation will cause the wabble. I'm sure if you're installing a smaller than 72" fan Roman will do a great job but if you have a larger fan I'd look elsewhere and verify they will not leave you with a wabbling fan.
