Everything was going great till we ran it and the fan wabbled excessively at speeds above 3 out of 6. Roman's response was that it was a large fan which is nonsense, the fans blades need adjustment as mentioned in the manual to ensure they are all the same height from ceiling. There's also a weigh kit included. Worst part was that he was not even willing to try. Even a small deviation will cause the wabble. I'm sure if you're installing a smaller than 72" fan Roman will do a great job but if you have a larger fan I'd look elsewhere and verify they will not leave you with a wabbling fan.

Just want to rave on the great customer service of this company…read more We moved into a home that had backyard lighting installed by Divine Lightscapes. After about a year here, the lights stopped working suddenly. So we called Tim and he talked my husband through troubleshooting to get the issue resolved. We had one bulb out too and he said he would drop a bulb off to us when he is in our area. Great company and great customer service. Thanks Tim! We appreciate it!
