I texted my landlord & told him that the AC wasn't working! Shortly after 8am, a tech showed up. After a while he didn't have great news! The tech guy called Will to confirm that he thought we would need a new unit!! Will confirmed! Needless to say I was upset, two fold, I live there & being I'm a small business, I really didn't won't to shut down for a day or several. Will told me he would get it done as quick as possible, but it would probably be the first of the following week! Will & his dad went the extra mile & brought me a huge fan to keep the coffee shop as cook as possible, so that I wouldn't have to close my business!! Can I just tell you.... They started on Friday morning & I had AC by the afternoon! I am one happy girl! I didn't have to go through the weekend hot!! Thank you, Will & all the guys for your fast & fabulous work!! At first Will was great to work with when he thought I would purchase from his company. He told me my service charge would be 98.00. After shopping around, I had to choose another HVAC company to install my unit. They gave me a better deal on the financing and I am a single mom. After I shared this with Will when I called to pay my service call invoice it now was 202.50?! I paid the invoice and then repeatedly called, leaving Will messages at work and on his cell. I wanted an explanation of why my bill went up over 100.00. The only work done was an assessment of my HVAC system! He still has not returned my calls. I have gotten no explanation of the invoice even after leaving him a message that I would share this with the better business bureau - which I have done...

That turned out to be a major pain in the ass, for them anyway. They had to come back to adjust the venting. It wasn't working after they left the first time. They came back promptly the next day and fixed it for good. Price was reasonable. The installation guys were professional, courteous, prompt and cleaned up after they left. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Project was to replace a 52" fan with a new Ministak 84" fan. Roman was quick and efficient and…read moredidn't even need to review the manual. Everything was going great till we ran it and the fan wabbled excessively at speeds above 3 out of 6. Roman's response was that it was a large fan which is nonsense, the fans blades need adjustment as mentioned in the manual to ensure they are all the same height from ceiling. There's also a weigh kit included. Worst part was that he was not even willing to try. Even a small deviation will cause the wabble. I'm sure if you're installing a smaller than 72" fan Roman will do a great job but if you have a larger fan I'd look elsewhere and verify they will not leave you with a wabbling fan.

He did not signal his intent to change lanes and he waited until I had both signaled my intent to change lanes and begun to change into the next lane. He did this at full speed on the highway with no regard for my safety or the safety of others. I got the license plate, and I left a message with the service manager that I anticipate him responding to, but I will update my review if he does not respond. I spoke to Erica personally on the phone and she basically told me that they would take care of it, and I had nothing to worry about. She then decided to argue with me while I was Having an emotional response to almost being killed in my car on the highway. Maybe they do great electrical work, but you can't promise they're not killing someone on their way to doing the job you hired them to do.

He IMMEDIATELY texted back and said he had a hectic day but couldn't come out and said he could come out later in the week. Draw your own conclusions on contacting them since I didn't use the service this is based on communication and the lack of follow through on their part.
