Working with Quality Roofing Top (Nick - Primary Contact and Juan - Owner) to get our roof replaced…read moreis what you always hope a project would be like. We are on the edge of their service area (Redwood City). We had 2 homes to do (myself and my next door neighbor). Nick was very responsive and communication was excellent. His first visit came with a preliminary assessment and a walk of the roof. He took a number of photos to show us some of the problem spots (which were included in the final proposal). He's very personable and good to work with. Mostly over email and text, we were kept up to date on status. The proposal itself was very competitively priced. Juan was in charge of the execution and had the same responsiveness and communication. They were able to start Monday and complete both homes by Thursday as the weather was good to us. They did all permitting (took a few days) and scheduled the inspections. All the work was done without us having to be present. They set up a group text for communication once the construction started - - and were very responsive to inquiries as well as keeping us up to date. Having work done on your house is never fun, but this experience is as good as it gets.

"Quality Roofing" Workmanship Warranty from the company and 2. The manufacture's - "CertainTeed Warranty" with Business Owner's signature. They are both standard warranties for any customers to get without asking from a roof company when the roof project is done. It is also very frustrating that after asking the company - "Quality Roofing" more than one month, the company is not able to provide me both warranties. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update: Although so far I still didn't receive both warranties from the company - Quality Roofing Top (formerly Quality Roofing), I want to recognize their roof job by adding more stars after the test of a series of winter storms.

I would highly recommend Darah roofing company to anyone looking to replace and install their roof to have it look absolutely beautiful. They were a pleasure to work with.

Darah Roofing put a new roof on our home just over a year ago. They did an outstanding job. Jorge…read moreHuapaya was the foreman for the job, he coordinated the materials and the work schedule well, and he ensured excellent work by his crew. We had our roof replaced because it was dated, weathered, and it had leaks that could have become much worse and been far more costly had they not been repaired properly. Our roof needed carpentry roof repairs in a few places too, which Darah did properly and professionally. Also, Jorge and his team installed four retractable skylights which was, at that time, not something they typically did; yet they coordinated the skylight order and did the skylight installation work professionally as well. And, their gutter work is good too. We're very happy with this work. I wanted to wait for winter to pass in order to review their work, to be sure the roof got a full winter of rain. We did not get a full winter of rain, however we did get a deluge in November and December of this past 2021 which was more than sufficient to exhibit the quality of Jorge's and the Darah's team's work. Darah Roofing's roof work has performed beautifully. The roof stood strong against some brutal rains and high winds without so much as a hiccup. Thank you Darah Roofing for a job well done. Thank you Jorge for your professional conduct of the project and for ensuring the quality of the work.

So if you are reading this review, it means Yelp is saying this is a good company. Well, If you…read morehave read past the first sentence, I will tell you about two people this company has that make it worth your time to call them and get a quote! When you call (THIS IS THE VERY IMPORTANT PART), ask for Luis and Nick. I REPEAT, THAT IS THE SUPER IMPORTANT PART! They are the reason this company is worthy of the five stars (besides the fantastic crew they send out to tear out your roof and make it all pretty again, and it is set to last another 50 years). Luis and Nick were sent to my home by chance, but they endeared themselves to my family and me. Most salespeople are super pushy and loud, and dare I say it rude...but Luis and Nick are not like that. They are not even salespeople anymore; they are both project managers. It wasn't in them to push us into the sale; they gave us time to think it over. They even went above and beyond to get us a nice discount because of the nature of my and my mother's work and the fact they had a job nearby already going, so they could cut us a break on the demolition of my old roof. Also, they were on time, which is a super nice thing. Time is precious, and Luis and Nick will not waste yours. Nick and Luis will give you the facts, price, and the time to make such a massive repair on the place you call home. I doubt I would have taken the offer if they had been less than willing to give me the time to consider such an expensive purchase. Best of all, Nick and Luis are only a text (or call if that's your thing) away! They even help you after installation (I will be getting solar installed now that the roof is done, and Luis will be coming by to check it is installed correctly)! If you need repairs on big or small projects, I would say this is a good company with great individuals! Luis and Nick are kind, caring, and professional. But unfortunately, that is something that is becoming increasingly rare in today's world of fast money and sales. If you do happen to get (OR ASK FOR) Luis or Nick, be sure to tell them the Nacia sent you!

Jacob who showed as the business owner for "Reliable" Roofing and Painting contacted me and give the quote with 2 yr warranty. And he showed up with one of his folk and claim it should be an easy fix. They spend around 2hrs on the patio and put on some sealants on the cracks. And then Jacob asked me to pay via "Cash App"- a non refundable App. I paid him $700 with the expectation of he will send the invoice and contracts right afterwards. But it didn't not go with what I expected. 1. They didn't actually fixed the leakage.(see the picture). 2. Jacob didn't send the invoices and contract and made all different excuses not to send them. 3. They said they would try several more attempts to fix the leakage but every time they showed up was less than 20 mins and the leakage remains. 4. When I ask my money back because of they didn't fix anything what I got again was excuses but no actions. (See pictures). Stay away or if you want use this service only pay after you check the result and receive the invoice and contract.
