Had an absolutely great experience! I haven't had my nails done since high school and this was where I used to go, so it's great to still leave a happy customer after all this time! Tracy was absolutely wonderful! I was worried my nails would be rushed since I didn't give them enough time but that was not the case at all! She really took her time and did a wonderful job! She even stayed late to finish! (I'm so sorry!) She was so patient and invested in giving me nails I would love, I couldn't be happier with the results. They came out so good and I am absolutely obsessed! I'll be back next time! (Earlier though lol)

HORRIBLE full set. my hands look like I don't even have cuticles how much acrylic is on them. Lumpy and my hand a hurt from the weight of too much acrylic plus they are expensive for NO REASON AT ALL. Go to Tracy's down the street you won't regret it but you will regret going here

Sorry guys I just can't give this more than a 2. My tech was nice but her ability was just sub-par. I came in for acrylics and even as I type this review hours later my fingers still hurt. The nails are impossibly thick and bulbous. They are bending my natural nail-bed too much causing pain. The dremmel got very hot on my nail-bed and I thought it was going to go through on more than one occasion. She also had me put my hand in the UV light after putting the acrylic powder on, which does nothing and was odd. Very nice lady, but since I have very fat and painful nails... 2.

Been coming here for a while but last time I went for a fill in and a pedi I wasn't so satisfied my pedi was fine but fill in was horrible it was no Chip and my thumb nail is already chipped and I had to get one nail repaired and it is totally different shape and size from others.

I think this is one of the best place to go and get your nails done. The place is always clean and the people are really friendly. The ambiance is very nice and relaxing. When you come in, you are always offered something to drink. When it comes to basic that is the problem it is BASIC......and this is any place you go. I would say splurge for the honey princess manicure and/or pedicure. Its everything the basic offers and a nice paraffin wrap of hands or feet. They except walk in appointments.

Twice my 3-week polish lasted 10 days before chipping. The salon will happily redo them at my cost. I'm going elsewhere.

But why are you telling me fill in prices when I need a full set & asked. I can see later if you shared the other prices but no. Then my pedicure was $55 and was done in 10 min. Nail shop really outdated & the acrylic application is terrible. Nail polish job on my toes terrible. They re use an old purple pumice stone. And they say $55 is basic if you want all dead skin off you have to get a more expensive pedicure. Absolutely insane. Then when I explained I didn't like it and left my wallet there and leave out the store. I check my phone for my air tag on my wallet and it's in the store and they denied it!! Once I told them I was calling the police, my wallet was turned into the police department 10 min later. They are THEIFS. said their cameras don't work too many other nail salons to go to instead of here. And the job is terrible. This is not the first review that shows how they charge $60 for anything a fill anything. BIG SCAM AND I AM SUING FOR STEALING MY WALLET

Sharing a friends experience Hello everyone. I had a very…read moreterrible experience with a business called Dana's day spa in dekalb. I never post about anything like this, but this one really got to me. I had received a gift certificate for my 50th birthday to get a massage at this spa. It was a $100 gift certificate. I went online and made an appointment for a hot stone massage. On Wednesday evening our four-year-old dog tragically lost use of her hind legs. We rushed her to the Animal Hospital in Aurora. Seven hours later we unfortunately had to put her down. We did not get home until 3:30am yesterday. My appointment for the massage was 10:30 AM yesterday. I had every intention of making this appointment. I had no idea that this would happen to my dog. I called them and asked if they would allow me to reschedule. I did explain what happened. The owner had the nerve to tell me she has a policy on her 24 hour cancellation because she's a single mom and has to take care of her family, etc.. I totally understand that. I used to be a business owner myself. She absolutely refused to allow me to cancel and reschedule. People have things happen in life. A business can change their policy for extreme circumstances. Having a little compassion and humanity goes a long way. I was furious and told her to charge the gift card and that she could keep the extra five dollars. I am on day two of grieving Over my animal passing away. My dog who passed had a sister dog and they were inseparable. In her short four years, they've never been separated. Not only am I grieving but my other dog is grieving as well. Had I been clairvoyant and knew my dog was going to collapse and die I would've called and canceled the appointment. I was so caught up her dire situation that it never occurred to me to call. Plus, the situation happened about 18 hours before my appointment.... I would've kept this appt had I gotten some sleep the night before and wasn't grieving so hard. She actually charged the gift card that I was given $95 and refused to let me reschedule unless I wanted to pay again. In my mind it just seemed cruel and really about her getting her money. She never even acknowledged the passing of my dog or said sorry. Doesn't matter but it was just very frustrating. Thanks for listening!

Then I tell him I would like my fill in to be done with Milky White powder so it would match from my previous set - he kept saying they don't have milky white powder (but I know for a fact they do because I use to come here and get it all the time) he says "no" so I repeat the question because maybe he just didn't hear me right, so I ask again and he says, "No, I have to take off" Then the male owner hears our conversation and comes over with the Milky White powder and says, "Yes we do have milky white" and I look at the tech like this is what I meant, I knew you had it.. he says nothing back to me or the owner. Now this is when I get upset. He's so triggered by the owner correcting him he starts taking off my no-chip with the drill EXTREMELY aggressively; as if he's trying to purposely burn or knick me. Well he finishes one hand and goes to the next and gives me thee biggest cut under my cuticle - not just grazed me with the drill But like to where I was bleeding and there's a huge chunk of skin missing, a huge gash no exaggeration. He apologizes a couple times but it burned during the entire process and I felt that was intentional and he did it on purpose. There's no doubt. I said, " that really hurt, im wondering why your going so fast and aggressive, please be gentle" and he just says sorry and get me a band-aid. Just be aware and heads up.
