Today I had a return and noticed they missed my 25$ coupon when I made the purchase. She said go ahead and give me the 25$, but the other 20$ coupon I had to lose even though I was spending more than I was returning. After this experience I will shop other places for my Columbia line. Sad to say that's how they take care of the customers. Being a retail manager all my life, I would of just honored it to make my customer happy!!
