Good laundromat. Been here several times. The machines work fine. Have only ever seen one or two at most that are not in operation. For washing machines, there are several options: 20lbs, 30lbs, 40lbs, 60lbs, and 80lbs. The machines have 9 different modes with various temperatures. Washers and dryers all have card readers, which is nice . It is 24 hours a day, and there is a counter and people who work here, however it is not manned 24 hours. The lady I've interacted with has been very helpful. The first time I came I was trying to figure out how to set up the dryer and she came over and explained it to me. And I've seen her assist many others as well. There are two vending machines, one with snacks and one with drinks. There are two TVs with cable, one in each end of the facility. And the place is stocked with one public bathroom. The place isn't always super clean, especially the floors. Trash bins have been full or near full most of the time when I come here. But they do clean, they just can't keep up with the demands. It does get really busy and quite crowded on weekends, something to keep in mind. I would show up around 0700 or 08 at the latest to avoid the crowd. During the week it's much slower. read more

I arrived early Sunday morning 10/23/22 and began doing laundry. When the attendant arrived she was pleasant to me. I was folding my laundry by the front door when 2 young people of color arrived. The attendant was extremely rude to them saying things under her breath. This is not the first time I've seen behavior like this from this woman. She treats people of color with extreme disrespect. You have a racist working here and it should not be tolerated!!! I refuse to return as long as she is still employed. read more

Great place!! Newer machines & VERY CLEAN!! Very important to me!! The attendant GINA was amazing! Best customer service I've had in a long time. She explained to me everything I needed to know and answered every question I had & then some. I just moved to the area too and she also helped me with some good advice about the area as well. Helped me save a lot of money too where I had A LOT OF CLOTHES TO DO!! She really made my visit there much less stressful! Especially because I've never been to a laundromat but 1 other time in my life, and only to wash a comforter. So needless to say I felt very lost especially when I literally was washing & drying so much that my car was completely full including the trunk. Lol They except debt cards,have WiFi, vending machines and tables to sit at if you want to eat while your there. They also have a tv and magazines. It's in a good area to maybe start your wash and get some other errands done close by too. Can't say enough about this place. I'll be back anytime I have laundry to do that's for sure. First time using this laundromat. Sunday is busy day. It was very crowded. At the same time there is abundant of washers. I got there toward the within 3 hours of closing also. They have Apple Pay and accept cards in addition to quarters. If it was cleaned up more frequently or people would clean up after theirselves it would be a more comfortable environment. read more

Cleanest, most modern laundromat in Lewiston/Auburn. The prices are more reasonable than some of the laundromats in the area. There is a nice clean bathroom and, snack and drink vending machines, laundry supplies Vending, change machine,and free Wi-Fi. There is an attendant available at all times during hours of operation. They have cameras everywhere. it feels very safe here compared to other laundromats. The only downside is, everybody knows about this place and it's crazy busy! Either come really early in the morning or late in the evening to make sure that you don't run into a huge crowd. read more

Just moved to the area and I guess like most people in this town do not have my own washer and dryer. I called the two laundromats in my area, one of which was Lewiston Laundry Center, to get hours and prices. The other one, the lady answered the phone so rudely and acted like she couldn't hear my as she was pressing numbers on the other end. I promised myself although it was closer and cheaper, I would not go there. I am so happy I chose to go to Lewiston Laundry Center. Jessa was so wonderful to work with and talk to during my two hours there. Like Lisa said in the previous review, the place is very clean. The entire time I was there Jessa was sweeping or cleaning the machines. I appreciate this as nobody likes laundromats, especially when you think about all the nasty clothes that have rolled around in them. So having them so clean was amazing! It was expensive though, but I guess that is a laundromat! But I got a lot done in very little time. And time is money these days!!! So very happy. Also they do take debit/credit cards which is a huge bonus!!! read more

This place is soo clean. The attendant that I encountered on my first visit was the friendliest, most helpful woman. I had 3 queen-sized comforters to wash and she helped find the most cost-effective way to do it. The machines take coins as well as debit/credit cards. There is a change machine onsite as well. They have free Wi-Fi and a waiting/folding area with a TV as well as vending machines should you need a snack. I also believe that they have a dry cleaning drop-off site here as well (but I didn't use that this time out). The parking is OK...and getting in and out of there is tricky traffic-pattern-wise but with a little planning it's not bad. BTW I washed my 3 queen-sized comforters for $6.50 (took @ 30 mins) and dried them (in separate dryers as was recommended) for 30 mins ($1.50/dryer) read more

Everytime I go there and use a Credit Card it charges me DOUBLE ! I have no prove that I did not do THAT much laundry at one whack !! Use cash !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I've been using the LLC for the past two weeks. Very clean facility with nice staff. They have an option to leave your laundry and the staff will transfer it to the dryers for $2. While I've not selected to use that service, I've observed many have. Staff are diligent in making sure customers are satisfied. The facility has WiFi, TV, vending machines and ample seating. read more

We are a small business that uses many towels and aprons. We were using a wash/delivery service out of town that was charging us $40 per week. On a whim we tried the wash/dry/fold service here. Same amount of towels and aprons are costing us $10 per week. We do the delivery portion but I am so pleased with how well they come out!! Thank you so much!! read more

Not too happy. I came in and started a wash and paid for a transfer to be done. I left my clothes there, my laundry basket, detergent and an unopened new crib sheet for my son that I was going to wash but forgot to throw in. A couple hours later I call and tell the attendant that I wouldn't be able to get my clothes that night. She said no problem and even said she was folding my clothes right then, which I didn't pay for but thought was cool. She then called me and asked me if I had a black laundry basket. I said yes. It was there with my detergent and crib sheet. Well, the next day I come in to get my clothes and that are just piled in one of their baskets in the open. I figure no biggie, but where's my laundry basket and other things.. Hmmm not there. Stolen. Even after the lady called to confirm she had my things. I make a complaint and I'm told that they can't tell me who owns the place nor give their contact info. I'm told they will call me back, it's been two days and no call back. I call again today and the lady tells me again the owner will call. She even tried to tell me that they are not responsible for lost items. I tell her that they are when I pay for services and leave my things in their care.... Anyways, not a good way to do business. They either need to find my things or pay for them. This is just one of th many reviews I'll do on them and follow up with the BBB. also I will be calling the police unfortunately about this because at this point my things have been stolen under their care and they haven't done anything to resolve theism if they do, I will gladly remove my negative reviews, but for now this is a shady business.. read more
