It went down to 6° that night! The very next morning they were there with a new furnace and it was installed in a matter of hours. I am very pleased with how this was handled in every aspect from beginning to end. And I'm the kind of guy that has zero tolerance for incompetence, but I didn't find any here. Nice Job BHP.
