Second interaction was 0-stars: I sent him a video of my locking issue. He insisted it wasn't broken. (It's broken - why else would I call for repair??) We asked him to come out and fix it, he said he would charge me to fix lock we paid for already. We could not get in house we had to go thru our window, the guy Levy is a crook. Awesome service. Came within an hour of calling. Was very honest about potentially not being able to fix the problem because it was an issue with a lock with an old hurricane proof patio door. Luckily the locksmith was so dedicated to his craft that he happened to have a collection of spare parts from decades of experience and went to his truck, replaced an essential missing part of the lock mechanism and fixed our door. I called Levy on a Sunday for a quote, not expecting he'd be able to do the job the same day. For $170, he would fix both locks with the additional cover disc included, move the door handle, new sets of keys - and do it all the same day. I called other locksmiths, and they weren't able to do the job until later in the week for over $250. I chose Levy, and he was done in 30 minutes. I was locked out of my store and needed access inside. He attempted to pick the lock with no success in the process caused further damage to my lock was very rude and unprofessional. Mr Levi was also yelling at me and screaming and causing a commotion in front of my store. He wasted my time and wanted to charge me way more than other locksmith. I feel my overall experience was a headache dealing with him and frustration it took almost an hour and a half to get me inside and it had to be done by another locksmith to redo what he messed up on my lock do not recommend the business. Stay away do not do business with this guy!!!!! He even wanted to charge me for doing nothing didn't get me inside and it escalated where he called the cops just does not make any sense to me. Many thanks to Levy's Locksmith who came out on a Sunday to fix the lock on my front door. The latch was broken so although I could turn the door knob, it wouldn't open the lock.
