We have had this appointment scheduled for a month. Her insurance hasn't changed. The office has had her insurance information since she made the appointment. They could have called us at any point prior to 9:25am today and we could seek care elsewhere. The front desk staff are completely incompetent and unprofessional. This is a practice that needs to be absorbed by a bigger hospital organization and ensure competent patient care. We wasted our time and my girlfriend now has delay of care in tending to her active medical issues. Completely unacceptable. Do not go here.

He genuinely cares about his patients which is not something you can say about plenty of doctors. He sometimes sits with me for 20-30 minutes to give me great advice and ask me questions not many doctors would ask. His office staff is usually very nice and accommodating, just be nice to them since they have a hectic job! sometimes the wait there is a little longer than I'd like, but that's only because I know he's giving each patient the time that he gives to me. If they were to rate his expertise they would also give a five star. So let me say, he is the most personable, kind, knowledgeable, caring and the go to doctor that you could possibly wish to have if you require medical intervention. And one very important observation that goes by most patients is that he is a "listener". Most doctors that I have gone to over my many years did not posses this quality.
