I'd been meaning to replace our cracked garbage disposal for a while so asked if they could do that at the same time and "yes, no problem." Showed up on time and quickly found the issue with the dishwasher (piece of glass stuck) so he didn't even charge for that. Showed me how to fix it myself it it ever happens again, swapped out the disposal for a new one, cleaned up and was on his way. Super honest, friendly, reliable, and very reasonably priced. Not sure what else you'd look for in a repair company but we'll be using these guys again!

When I called Mr. Steward, he was familiar with the problem and sent out Jason, a former Sears appliance repairman. Jason pulled out the damaged part and spent some time trying to find a replacement part. He was finally able to locate a repair business in Austin that rebuilt the part plus a 2-year guarantee. Jason returned and replaced the refurbished part, and the oven works like new. As a new oven would cost several thousand dollars, I was pleased with the cost and the great service. Mr. Steward also gives first responders, Veterans and the military a 10% discount. I highly recommend Steward Appliance repair and will use them in the future if needed. Lanny Brown

This was for a residential to take care of a items to dispose for my mother. I specially ask Aimee for an appointment time, for 11-12am O'clock window and ask if this was possible. She said yes. I ask this specifically, because I was coming from the Baytown area to assist and work to help my mother. 11am rolls by. 12pm rolls by. I never received a call with a status nor anything. In addition, I called them. I spoke with "Nick." Although I would not know this was "Nick" for the first few calls that I would make to them. I found out his name was "Nick" after the final call (call number THREE, to be exact). I told "Nick" that I had an order for a residential delivery, placed by "Aimee, on Tuesday." I said that it was after 12 and ask if he had an ETA on the driver. "Nick, told me that he will find out and call me bac. He even verified my phone number to ensure that he had it correct. Once verified, an hour goes by and NO deliver of the roll-off and NO call from "Nick." Therefore, I called him back and told him that it was Wesley again and that I spoke to him earlier. I ask what the status was and did he have an ETA. "Nick" informed me that the driver was an hour away. (Keep in mind, it is now 1:30pm, well over the 11am-12pm window that Aimee assured.) "Nick" mentioned that the driver had another stop in Port Arthur and that I was next and that he would be there within the hour. An hour and 45 minutes later, still no driver, nor roll-off. I called "Nick" back and recognized his sarcastic voice, (as if he KNEW that it was me calling once again) and I ask him what was the deal? I ask him, what is your name sure, sir." Low and behold, that's when I found out that his name was "NICK." I ask what is the ETA ON THE DRIVER!!!???? I had workers waiting. I had waster 5 hours of work time. It was about to be dark in the next hour and half and STILL NO ROLLOFF BOX!!! I was not happy about this, AT ALL. "Nick did not care and it was all in his sarcastic voice that he could give a sh*t less. I told him that he could refund my money and that 2S roll-off has did nothing but wasted my time and money today. I also mentioned that if you cannot honor a service that you cannot provide, in reference to time, then be HONEST WITH THE CUSTOMER AND STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME, AIMEE! I do understand that things happen. However, "Nick" should have been honest for the first call and don't give a person a time window, just to make some money or a sale!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES. THIS GROUP IS CLEARLY UNFPROFESSIONAL AND A WASTE OF TIME! TRUST ME! USE SOMEONE ELSE! SCREW THIS GROUP OF PEOPLE AND THIS 2S ROLL OFF COMPANY!!!! THANKS NICK AND AIMEE FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!

My dad Michael Nolan Sr. had planned for his passing in advance. He had selected Proctors Mortuary to handle his body and burial. He prepaid and was able to stop in a handful of times to confirm his arrangements before he passed. My experience with his passing has been stressful and traumatic, and I assume this is normal with anyone who loses a parent. It became even more stressful when small town rumors about quality and professionalism. Mr. Proctor and his staff assured me that my dad was in the hands of the best and that they would handle him and my family with care. Proctors set up a group chat with my siblings and myself. He let us know what was happening every step of the way and assured me that they understood all the drama and chaos that ensues when a loved one passes. I drove in on a Friday and Mr. Proctor greeted us and allowed me to view my dad (by this point he had been deceased for 2 weeks). When I tell you that my father looked great I mean it!!!! Dad looked like he came on from barbecuing and he had his normal tan. I thought he was really there...that's how great the body looked!!! The service was well executed and I would say that proctors flawlessly delivered. We then had a burial 2 days later and my dad arrived at the cemetery and Proctors made sure to oversee everything until he was laid to rest.
