My Dad's funeral was held here and they accommodated the Traditional Catholic Vietnamese funeral. My family was very pleased. Thank you for being so understanding and respectful to our loss. I started with one lady who resigned and went to another job then a young man who has been terminated and now another lady. I can't get answers to designs, availability or cost or even get feedback unless I continually call or text the representatives. Even then I get excuses! Now I've made a down payment just so that I could get movement on any or all of the issues but I'm told NOTHING. I've never been so frustrated ..... The condition of this cemetery is a reflection on the service they provide.

I'm originally from Port Arthur and this cemetery used to be beautiful. Now, when I'm in state, I always visit the cemetery and there are drainage problems, trash overflowing the cans, root issues with headstones and just lack of pride in this cemetery. It's very disappointing. We all know this cemetery is still operating with an income and yet they don't upkeep what they have. I have reported this in the office and online and the next time I visited, it was the same. They could do so much better but choose not to.
