CLEARLY they must be under new Mgmt because not only were they EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE to the reasoning we where there, they were ALSO RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL!! I do not stay in a small town so I never experienced such rudeness from a FUNERAL HOME! I was appalled! No beverage was even offered while we waited over a hour for paperwork! Visited my father's mausoleum today. My family was very disappointed with the presentation on the…read moredrawer. My father's name was not level - really???? How hard is it to use a level and assure the name is even?? There was also visible globs of glue behind the letters - not professional!! Also, Greenlawn promised to attach a veteran's plaque to the drawer. I completed all the necessary paperwork and delivered it shortly after his death. Guess what?!?! - no plaque AND the office has no record of the application/paperwork. Our family is not happy with the service we've received. My advice to you is "follow up" if you use this cemetery. Very disappointed!
