We walked in and were greeted by Jim. Jim was very welcoming and helpful. He made the experience worth it. He explained the steps and allowed us plenty of time to cut our wax and fill our canisters. May I add that what makes this worth the time and money is it's totally customizable! You are able to pick the shape of the candle as well as picking the scent of it (all reasonable prices).
