I was a new client and had the worst experience at this salon. Isabel did a color and highlight on…read moremy hair. I asked for it to be natural looking and to cover up the gray hair around my face. It instead turned out a bright yellow/orange that worsened to a horrifying color once I washed it at home once. The gray hair around my face was somehow missed and so I then had yellow, orange, and gray hair. I told the stylist during my session that I was not happy with the color and she advised that it was my hair's fault, it had taken in the color more quickly than she thought it would. I called on a Monday as I wanted a refund and was told the owner would call me back on Tuesday. They didn't call back until Thursday and advised that they stand behind their work and would fix it, but would not refund me. After my hair turning orange and no sense of urgency in a call back, there's no way I was going to go back. I had to pay to get a more professional salon to fix it. Do NOT go to this salon! I have lived in several areas of Michigan and been a new client to many hair salons and never experienced anything like this, both in regards to terrible hair stylists who don't understand color techniques nor professional in sense of urgency to rectify the situation.

I get my hair cut with lots of short layers and I go platinum blond on occasion (I'm a natural blond) and have loved it and always get compliments on my hair. I've never seen hair walking out of the salon that I didn't think looked great. While my hairs naturally straight my sisters has long, curly, thick hair and she also has been nothing but satisfied. My sister also went from bright blond to dark brown for 3 years and then recently back to blond with no problems. The hair stylist are experienced, sociable, welcoming, and great listeners to your wants and needs. They all have great hair and style and have the range of ages to fit every ones needs. My dad and his friends also love it here because they're comfortable and the girls do a great job. I have always gone to Stephanie, she is young and is capable of anything. I've had cuts, colors, highlights, and up dos from her and they're amazing every time. You will never be rushed out of this salon, they make sure you always look your best and it is one of the most affordable places I've ever been (conveniently). I called the next day to question about the charge. More or less was told too bad I would not recommend this place to anybody my color is absolutely horrible! My first choice was Tantrum and I should have stuck with that now I'll have to go and pay extra to have a color correction BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!
