Ultraclear laser and Lasercoring with Dr. Shanthala…read more I have been going to Dr. Shanthala for a number of years and less than two weeks ago I had facial treatment with the Ultraclear laser and Lasercoring. I am so thrilled with the results. I did not use any numbing pre-treatment and the recovery process was only a few days. I had to travel to three different conferences the following week after treatment and I was able to present without any issues. Dr. Shanthala is an incredible doctor, and I would get laser treatment with the Ultraclear laser and Lasercoring again. All the treatments Dr. Shanthala offers are amazing. Now, just over one and half weeks out from my initial visit, I couldn't be happier with the results. My skin looks great, and the treatment areas look youthful and natural.

My injector was was also just weird. Made me uncomfortable and kept trying to sell me other procedures and I had to repeat myself maybe 5 times explaining all I wanted was Botox, but she just wasn't getting it and I was getting really frustrated. When I was checking out they told me I needed to schedule a three week follow up. I told them that was unnecessary, I would call with any concerns. They were pushy and wouldn't let me leave until I scheduled. When I kept insisting I didn't want the appointment the owner even made a snarky remark "have you even ever had Botox?"..... They ended up making the appointment and I canceled over text.... They then immediately asked me when I wanted to come back for my Botox. Never said I wanted to..... 24 hours before my canceled apt I got a text telling me to confirm and saying I would be charged if I didn't show up.... Thought I had cancelled?
