They spot tuckpointed the sides, back, foundation of my home, they also removed and replaced all of my window sill morter at all of my windows. They removed and replaced all of the perimeter bricks from my front porch, they also removed all of the loose, chipped, damaged concrete on my front porch and resurfaced the whole porch with 2" of concrete and restructured my front steps leading to the porch. They provided me a bid of $13,212.37 a few days later and we committed to the price and a start date for two weeks later. Two weeks later came and the company called to say they miscalculated the bid and the price would be 30% higher (An additional $4000) and an additional three weeks before they would be able to start due to waiting on materials they had yet to order.
