They do great work and backup their work and follow up on whatever is needed. Our experience with them is very superb and we are so very thrilled and happy alwotb the results. They organized the timing sequence of their workers flausely with TCS Flooring and their work is clean. Here are photos of sequencing of their work from demo to final. Their pricing was better than the 2 day turn around first proposal for acrylic shower (worst option) and my second quote that charged me the same for door design doorless entry. This is for high quality stones and tiles. My kids call it a hotel shower now, lol. These guys said based on this design it will be less work and so cheaper in pricing also. Very honest company and do great work. Thank you so very much!

My latest experience with Wallin Plumbing was when Trey and Jordan came out to solve a water leak, a clogged drain, and an outside patio faucet that needed replaced. They did a service call later that day which revealed that the board on my furnace was bad and needed to be replaced. They put in a temporary fix which allowed one of my 2 thermostats to directly control the AC for the entire house until then. Monday roll around, they came out and replaced the board which took a few hours. After being told it was done, there was still no air coming out of the vents. I communicated my problem and the next day, the owner had another tech out investigating my issue which revealed a slightly different issue than what it was originally believed to be. They got it figured out and got my AC working. They also came back the following day just to further troubleshoot and make sure they had the issue fully resolved, then also fully explained to me what was the issue and the steps they took to resolve it. I felt like they took the effort to make sure my issue was resolved properly. I stand by any business that values customer service. I recommend these guys!

It turns out Rikman is selling a scam package along with Generac and Synchrony Bank where they do this bait and switch. They do tricks with payment timings (so you never see a true balance before it is time to make the next payment,) and fine print, and instead of providing interest free payments, they flip a switch. We found out today Rikman together with Generac and Synchrony Bank have collectively charged us more than twice the installation cost, even though we actually had the cash to pay for it in full at the time. The owner pushed us in this direction. They are all nothing short of con men and scam artists. Happy to show you my bills and the initial purchase.

Looking further, more of the galvanized had pin holes so ended up replacing another 60' or so. The price ballooned to $2300, took them about 3 hours. Felt seriously taken advantage of. But wait, it gets worse. Apparently while they were in my attic running pex they kicked the air return duct work loose from the filter box. It took a couple months, but all of the duct work is now saturated with water as is the plenum. And, I have some new stains in the ceiling as we did not know water condensate was running off all the piping like a mid-summer night's thunder storm. Getting the A/C guys engaged, it became clear that pulling 110 degree, humid air from the attic into the A/C unit will do that. Current estimates are $5,660 to replace all the duct work, plenum and pipe insulation. Yippee, sucks to be me. I strongly recommend passing these guys by ...
