Greenbush has quite a selection and we found out you can also place a specialty order within 24 hours of desired pickup. Longer business hours than most other bakeries / donut shops. Interior is spacious and inviting if you choose to sit down to enjoy your bakery goodies. They also have a small area set aside as a "gift shop". Staff is very friendly and helpful when trying to decide what you want from all the delicious choices. Highly recommend Greenbush Bakery!

Flavor was sweet, buttery, and of course pumpkin with hints of cinnamon. I loved the gritty sugar granules, but they were sadly confined to just the pumpkin buttercream island in the center. I'm always a little anxious that a pumpkin spice dessert will be too spicy or a burning spice, but this was sweet, not overpowering, and delicious.
