Blame the customer when you use subpar parts. I paid $150 for a screen that didn't even last a week!!!! Then I asked them to transfer my data to a new phone, and I left it there for 2 1/2 hours only to come back and be told they could only charge the phone to 2% which I know is untrue because I am charging it now and it is at 85%.
