Top Tier experience. If you visit Puerto Rico make sure to add this to your list at least once. We had an amazing time celebrating my nephew's baptism. Angel stood out among the servers. The ambience was intimate and the views are nice. The food was extraordinary. Thank you

Located inside the La concha hotel this was a culinary experience for sure. Very attentive and friendly staff, the food leans towards Mediterranean flavors. Fritto misto with shrimp, calamari and zucchini with lemon aioli was fried perfectly. Branzino for two was delicious with some of the best Brussel sprouts I've ever eaten and white corn polenta was on point. Trio of gelato's for dessert ended the perfect evening. And you eat all this in a beautiful setting under a conch shell!!

Incredible views and definitely one of the most beautiful restaurants I've ever been to. Their service is really good, but their menu prices are insane. However, I'm a proponent of paying more for the vibes and the experience, so it's not a factor in my review. I thought food and drinks were really solid, and service was great despite how large my group was. Such great vibes, and I had the best birthday dinner!

We went here tonight for the second night in a row. My husband just turned 50 and I put that in the notes to put the reservation. This restaurant is inside the La Concha hotel. You must make reservations and they have a pretty strict dress code so just make sure you please look that up before you go. If you're at the hotel and you didn't make reservations, no need to worry because they do have a bar in there that you do not need reservations for and you could order food from the bar area. We went here last night and we got the Bronzino for two and I came with two sides. We picked carrots and polenta probably the best carrots I've ever had in my entire life, and the polenta was delicious as well. I never had a whole Bronzino, so it was a bit nervous and excited at the same time, but there has served with no bones and no head. It was seasoned perfectly and delicious. Yesterday when we were replacing our dinner order, we were informed that we needed to order our desserts at the same time that we ordered our dinner because each is prepared separately by the chef and they needed time to do it. We opted for no dessert, but when they brought our check, they brought two little small cookie type items, two small, gummy's and a little disc of chocolate complementary Today we went and we got perfect seats and all three of the tables that were up against this window had a happy birthday index card type of a sign on the table. Tonight we ordered the cod, my husband ordered the swordfish and then we opted to get the fusilini with octopus pasta. The cod was good. It was over a bean type of a paste and it was a little boring the prosciutto they put on top along with the Swiss shard gave it a little bit more flavor. My husband's swordfish came with clams and mussels and potatoes that were small and perfectly round. The muscles in the clams were small as well, but his dish was delicious. The fusilini pasta with bone marrow and octopus was by far the star of the show. It was amazing with flavors and delicious. When you order one of the meals that are for two people which is a Bronzino and a steak those come with two sides however, if you order anything else off the menu, it does not include any sides and there should be an additional cost Because we each have a dish plus we shared the pasta. We had no room for any dessert after and no room for after dinner drinks as well. I'm not sure why we were not giving any complementary desserts like we were last night, especially since they knew it was my husband's birthday There appears to be a consistency issue. Tonight we were not asked to order dessert at the same time we ordered our meal like we were yesterday, but also yesterday we were given a complementary, very small, but it was still just a little something sweet for your palette that we did not get tonight Also, as we were leaving tonight, we saw a mother and a daughter who we've spoken with and hung out with a few times at the resort and she had told them to please bring us a drink and the waitress confuse us with another couple and we never did get that

I would only recommend going for drinks and something small to eat. The environment is beautiful and I would recommend going during the day or sunset so that you can enjoy the views. The staff was very attentive and accommodating.

celebrated our anniversary here, and the hospitality we received from check in up until we left was amazing! our waitress was so attentive and friendly! Our dishes we went with were flavorful and some of the best food we had while in PR. The place was not too crowded, not too nosey very ideal for a date night. i would highly recommend it's a must see in person sort of vibe!

We celebrated our engagement dinner at Levant and it truly blew away our expectations. Not only was the restaurant itself beautiful, but the service was amazing as well. We got greeted by the hostess who acknowledged we were there celebrating a special occasion and was super sweet with her kind words. We got seated and our servers Angel and Carla were very attentive and knowledgeable of menu choices. We also had a card congratulating us at our table upon being seated. We started the night off with the mezze for the table, which is the option of choosing three dipping spreads that are served with warm sourdough pita bread. Highly recommend this option as all three choices we chose were absolutely delicious. I had the lobster risotto as my entree that had fresh lobster from Maine. My fiancé had the beef ravioli. Both dishes were packed with so much flavor and spices! Angel then brought us out complimentary champagne as a special thank you for choosing them to celebrate a special occasion. All in all a very memorable dinner that I will always remember and mean so much to me. Thank you Levant for letting us end a very memorable trip on a very high note!

We made a reservation about a month before our trip and chose a time right before sunset--such a great decision! The view was absolutely amazing. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making us feel well taken care of throughout the evening. The food was incredible--flavorful and beautifully presented. The cocktails were a little on the pricier side, but that was expected for the setting, and they were crafted really well. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and can't wait to come back with our friends on our next trip to Puerto Rico. Highly recommend!

I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. Words cannot describe how amazing the view is. I recommend going just before Sunset. We had a 5:15pm reservation which was on November 20. I don't think we could've picked a more perfect time. I know it's a little early to eat, but trust me, the view as the sun sets is just spectacular. I don't think we could have timed it anymore perfectly. It also was not busy and gave us the perfect time to get photos before a bunch of people were there. We went on a Thursday evening and by the time we were finished around 7:15 the restaurant was full. So definitely make a reservation in advance. The servers were amazing. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable and very attentive. Service was quick and all of the food was spectacular. I know I keep saying spectacular. But I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. The price tag is worth it. The fritto misto was a perfect appetizer to split. Salty and crispy. We also split the Fatteh to start. For entrées, we split the lobster risotto and the Cappellacci di Zucca. My friend was a fan of the lobster risotto, but I was in favor of the latter. I just love a fall flavored pasta. Throw some squash and sage in there? You got me!!! For dessert I had the Galaktoboureko. Don't ask me how to pronounce that lol but it was just as amazing as anything else. Made with some cardamom and honey? I was feeling all of the fall vibes (despite not being in fall weather) lol. It was so unique and so delicious. It also has gold flakes on it. I kid you not. I'm still dreaming about this meal. I wish I wasn't all the way back home in the snow and I could sit down and eat dinner overlooking the ocean at this beautiful restaurant once again. One day hopefully

Came here without any expectations and left 'mind blown' in the best possible way. Located inside the iconic Perla, a signature seashell-shaped floating venue in La Concha hotel, chef Michael White creates a distinctive dinning experience like no other. He brings a unique menu, infusing Mediterranean with Italian cuisine transcending flavors and boundaries. The service was on another level. The attention to detail, the suggestions on drinks, the deep knowledge of the menu left us amazed. The culinary journey was exceptional! We basically ordered one dish from each section of the menu: RAW: Snapper, the only dish we didn't love. The server asked for our feedback about the dish so we told him and out of nowhere he came back with the Bluefin Tuna crudo that was outstanding. We think it was a very thoughtful gesture. APPETIZER: Fatteh, the surprise of the night! I don't even like eggplant but that salad was INCREDIBLE!! MUST order. PASTA: Truffle Gemelli, it was a special dish outside the menu. Possibly one of the best pasta dishes I've ever eaten in my life, no exaggeration. The butter used in the dish was imported from the chefs home state. The creamiest butter, I almost lick the plate haha.. MAINS: Branzino, delightful! Very elegant dish well presented. SIDES: Roasted Carrots and Patatas Bravas, which my husband loved. Crispy outside with a hint of spice. DESSERT: Levant Budino, perfect sweet ending! Decadent. If you like tiramisu, you'll love it! This restaurant is perfect for a romantic date, so if you are in Puerto Rico looking to impress your significant other, this is your place! We will definitely come back to try other chef 's signature dishes that we didn't had a chance.

Omgggg this is the most fanciest yet vibey place I've been to. Right on the beach as well. We had to waiters and they were very attentive. Do make a reservation.. They are hard to get a hold of on the phone because you have to go through the hotel to get to them. This is located in a hotel by chef Michael white I've made a video about the whole place on my tik tok. This is a Mediterranean style restaurant. They do change the menu constantly. Very upscale, the risotto was to die for the lobster pieces were thick and juicy, and they did not skim down on it The potatoes were of course amazing they were roasted, and you could just taste the garlic and the crunch. We had about three desserts. I'm not sure which ones we got. One was a free birthday one. But they had six or seven options for desserts. I would definitely recommend this place when you come to Puerto Rico. They are strict on the dress code so dress appropriately. And they don't do flash photography.

This place deserves a Michelin star, it was that good. The staff was on their A-game with wine, food, and service. I have been to Michelin restaurants and I felt this exceeded expectations. On top of this, you are in a CONCH! Coolest restaurant idea in terms of ambiance, and I had been waiting for this to open for 4 years having stayed at La Concha before. Definitely will be back. Lastly, I want to give Annette, Juan and Sachary a kudos for expectional service on our anniversary. On top of their service, they were friendly, we had great conversations, while also realizing the professionality in the restaurant and their clients. I give them a 10/10!!

I decided to make reservations on the recommendation of my good friend who lives in the island. He told me about the Michelin status. This restaurant is known for this was my first time at a Michelin styled establishment. Let's just say the ambience, decor and service was impeccable very strict on their attire policy. They sent me on the table. I asked for, and the menu was explained to me from top to bottom. I have to say it didn't feel like a posh kind of restaurant. It was sort of laid-back which i loved.. The portions weren't that big which was expected the side dishes were full of flavor, but didn't leave a lot to the imagination I wasn't crazy about the mushrooms although the carrots were delicious the harissa chicken was moist and delicious.. the prawns that I ordered were huge and a little under, but delicious overall. you're welcome.

An unexpected stop for lunch during a cruise stop in Old San Juan, PR, the Istanbul Restaurant was…read morea combination of Turkish dishes along with dishes native to Puerto Rico. My brother and I tried dishes from both menus, and found it to be quite good. As we were walking past, a small sign for 'Grandma's Kitchen' caught our eye. My brother had been encouraging me to try Puerto Rico's national dish: Mofongo - mashed fried plantains. Unfortunately, restaurants were just packed with long waits and I wasn't in the mood to wait outside in the sun for a long time. The door next to the sign stated that it was a restaurant called 'Istanbul'. We peaked inside, and was welcomed warmly by a host, who let us know that the restaurant was both Grandma's Kitchen/Istanbul. There was nobody else dining inside, which was weird considering how every other restaurant in the area was packed. The dishes are made to order, so took a bit of time for it to come out one at a time. Mixed Seafood Stuffed Mofongo ($25) - served in a wooden pilon, the tall and narrow neck was stuffed with the mashed plantains, topped with a seafood blend of clams, dense fish pieces, octopus, and squid. The sauce was really well done, not too rich, but buttery enough to accentuate the seafood. I have to believe the seafood was prepared from frozen, but it tasted really good: a definite notch up from the seafood I've been having on the cruise boats. It was the first time having mofongo, and I liked it. This version had fried plantain chips, mixed with the mash of more plantains. I don't think this version had pork skin rinds, and I didn't miss it. It's extremely dense, so ended up eating maybe a third of it while finishing the seafood. It's a solid alternative to rice, though definitely can't eat too much of it. Doner Kebab ($18) - from the Istanbul portion of the menu, this dish was tasty, though the meat was cooked on a flat top grill like a burger patty, instead of on a vertical rotisserie. The lamb/beef patty was loosely formed and well seasoned, with the accompanying tzatziki sauce being a good add-on. Both dishes were cooked very well, the back kitchen has some skills. Service was friendly throughout. Water is not offered, but guessing they will give to you if asked. Payment was provided after the meal, and they do stick on a mandatory 15% gratuity for all party sizes.

St. Germain Bistro Bar happened to be right across from our Airbnb, and honestly it felt like we got lucky. Even though it was late, they seated us right away and helped us pull together two small tables so our family could sit comfortably. My kids were starving, so that alone was a huge relief. The portions for the kids' pasta and chicken nuggets were a little smaller than expected, but the flavor and quality were excellent. You could tell the food was made with care. I ordered the onion soup and the fried cheese with guava dip and wow. Absolutely delicious. The guava dip especially was incredible. I also had a mojito that was perfectly made. But what really made the night unforgettable was the kindness of the staff. My son had forgotten his inhaler and was having a hard time adjusting to the humidity. He was coughing a lot and clearly uncomfortable. Vianca noticed right away and went out of her way to help. She brought over honey and encouraged him to take a little shot with ginger and honey, then brought hot tea as well. She even suggested things like putting socks on him and using Vicks when we got back. When I mentioned that my kids are half Puerto Rican and their abuela already swears by those remedies, she just lit up and said, "Well you're home then, you already know what to do." That moment really stuck with me. The warmth, the care for kids, the genuine hospitality. It's exactly the kind of Puerto Rican kindness people talk about. The kitchen is small, so service can be a little slower, but it's absolutely worth the wait. The food is great, the drinks are great, and the people make the place special. If you're nearby, definitely stop in. Places like this are why people fall in love with Puerto Rico.
