I've been back in Florida for four years and I've not had good luck with physicians, especially Primary Care. This time I really did my research and found this place right in my neighborhood with three locations that all happen to be convenient for me. The office can get a little bit disorganized, but they are unbelievably nice. It's also helpful that they are open in six days a week with my sadly unforgiving work schedule. My doctor is so professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I got testing for a condition that I suspected for years. And they've been extremely helpful with the referrals. I'm hoping to stay with them for a long time. This practice has been life-saving to me. read more

Everyone should avoid this place. They would add services to a claim that patient never ask and you will end up responsible paying for the extra out of pocket cost. The office staff is extremely rude and they discriminate against minorities. I call them to ask about the extra charges and the lady that answered the call just assume I didn't speak English. She used a mocking tone and ask me quote "You need Chinese? You need Chinese?" before putting me on hold and then hang up the call 10 minutes later. read more

Doctor Leung is the BEST!! I cant believe no one has written him a review here. Big OMG!. He is my only doctor in South Florida. I wouldnt go to anyone but him. The entire staff there is very professional and caring. They know most of their patient that walks thru the door. I have been going to doctor Leung for close to 20 yrs. My entire family goes to him. He's not your typical Internal Medicine doctor. He always goes above and beyond for his patients. He is respectful and listens to your concern. Even thou he is knowledgeable in all aspect, if he knows you have an issue that is beyond his expertise...he will refer you to the best specialist in town. My father had thyroid gland issue and he referred him to a specialist that was able to take care of that. I had broken my wrist and he referred me to the best well known orthopedic surgeon that teaches UM Medical students on hand surgery. My point to this is that he will help you at all cost. Being his patient feels like being part of his family. We are blessed to have such a wonderful doctor. You wont be disappointed with Dr Leung. Thanks. read more

Hello My Name is Gene today I was at the Doctors office Gilbert Leung MD first of all I'd like to say this place is very easy to fine and convenient myself and my Fiancé were glad to have this facility in our area there are a couple of urgent care places on Biscayne Boulevard but this place is so convenient and the people there are so caring and detailed oriented with that being said I must mention Dr. Pierre who is a great doctor I had a pleasure of meeting him today, the real people behind that makes this facility so great is the workers, one in particular by the name of Mimi much gratitude and thanks to you Mimi it's people like you who go above and beyond to make the workplace what it is today ,I hope that you are really really recognize by what you do your work seems to me to come from the heart and not the paycheck. I was looking for a clinic to go to and was tempted to go there because I know a few doctors that work their. BUT, when I started to gather information about it, I heard rumors that the clinic does NOT always provide health assurance to its doctors... TO BE CONTINUED!!! read more

Since the beginning of CoVid i was able to go twice with no papers indicating i had anything which regardless of that I didn't. Now they ONLY do over the phone which is like asking a mechanic to listen to a sound you have over the phone and asking them to tell you what's wrong with your car. This is the dumbest form of medicine ever and they charge the same price if you went in person which is a joke. I have attempted once with papers of multiple tests of negative covid and they still wouldn't see me because i have a "cough" which is literally indicative of anything mind you they wear protection as do I but still wont see you i can literally have pneumonia and they wouldn't see me so as of now this clinic is a joke to me as that day i had taken the day off work just to go personally and be told all this at the door. The staff and doctors btw are on different understandings as well the staff told me the doctors are not seeing anyone with a cough where as when i spoke to a doctor they said that that's not their choice its solely the clinics. I tried asking about an appointment today and was told again its only over the phone because she assumes i have a "cough" that being said i will be avoiding this clinic and others with the same name in the future. read more

This office was great in the beginning. However, they have taken on too many patients for the space and staff that they have. It is obvious that the employees are miserable. The staff tries really hard to be nice and are really good people but, really, what Dr. Leung and his sister expect way too much from their staff. The space is VERY small. Considering he owns the building it is shocking that they have not expanded their office area. There is hardly any room for a wheelchair to get in the door. When you get there, you wait in the waiting room, then you wait in another waiting room and then you wait in the exam room. I doubt that the patient is what Dr. Leung cares about - it is the almight dollar. He needs to spend some money, clean the offices, expand the office, convert to computers instead of paper (yep, no computers - only paper), hire more staff and hire someone competent to run the office. My next review goes to Humana. read more

I couldn't even get an appt within a reasonable time. I called for first time patient and they said it will be over a month before I can see him. So moving along to find another Dr. that can see me sooner. read more

The office workers are rude and pathetic. They seem lazy and very unprofessional. The place is small and dirty. The waiting room is very small with people coughing and sneezing very close to you. If you don't arrive sick you will leave sick. Patient accommodation is not at all a priority. Honestly the place seems like a third world clinic. read more
