Awful customer service when booking. My sister previously traveled with this company and had a great experience so I wanted to use them too. However, the man on the phone, Christian, was extremely rude- I asked him if he would honor the Groupon price if I bought it directly through them (because I know they have to give half the profit to Groupon if I buy it through there) instead he responds by telling me if I want them to make money buy it through the app (which is very confusing) and that he has a long list of rules that apply to the Groupon (none of which are listed in the fine print). We have been using this taxi service for about a year now. We always have the same driver, Noah. He is quiet, and focused on his driving, which is excellent btw. I never worry about traffic when he is driving, but just relax and know that he will get me back and forth from LAX to the valley with quickness and comfort. I booked this shuttle service for a friend who was coming to visit us. The pick up at LAX was flawless. Then again the pick up at our house to return to LAX four days later was flawless. This transportation took place during the most recent fires, and the driver was very aware of road closures and alternate routes. This is the best price around that I have found for a single person from the San Dimas area to LAX! My driver this time was in his own Prius, early by 10 minutes & it was only $88 roundtrip. I will update this on my return 11/14, but last time my pick up was on time. 11/14 my plane got in early by 27 minutes & I texted my driver & only had to wait 12 minutes. Initially I called on short notice to book a ride. Apparently I needed more time when I called to get a car the next day. I was disappointed and ready to book another company when I got a phone call from Christian asking if I still needed a ride. He gave us a great rate and our driver Noah was very punctual picking us up at home and at the airport!! I felt very safe both to the airport and back home. I used LetsGo2 App back in July and really was so taken by the quality of service I received. I had a last minute emergency and needed to have a friend picked up from LAX and delivered to the I.E. Not only did they make it happen for me but at an enormously cheaper rate then I had gotten anywhere else. I will say that this is a great shuttle service and very reasonably priced. I had to get a shuttle to LAX at the last minute for my daughter, and Noah came to the rescue. He was on time and very professional and courteous and friendly. Also I got him once again for the return trip and this time she had five bags with her because she is relocating to Los Angeles and she also got into LAX at one am in the morning and he went there to pick her up, once again on time. The price is definitely right. A pickup from LAX to the valley is $35 rather than the $95-150 quoted by every other service. It is in fact, so low that I wasn't completely sure I'd actually get picked up (despite yelp reviews that show them to be legit). And therein lies the caveat. Two caveats, actually. 1) You are supposed to get a confirmation with the driver/car info the day before your flight. But they don't send the confirmation the day before you fly, but the day before you land. So if you are due in the early, early morning you may well not get any confirmation until you are already in the air. After reaching out in multiple ways on a sunday morning, I was called back by Christian who was unfriendly and accusatory, telling me that they will text or email at 6pm LA time. I apologized profusely for misunderstanding mainly because i was concerned he might just cancel on me. This is something that could have been expressed far more clearly at the time I made the reservation, and any worries would have been averted. 2) They were fine about the fact that my flight was delayed (which is saying something, because we were supposed to be picked up at 1245am, and were more than an hour late). But we also didn't have a bag show up. Whoever was texting with me (not our driver) was fine as I told them we were taxiing, or waiting to disembark, or waiting for bags. They kept checking on our status. But as soon as I told them we were missing a bag they responded "what's next if bag missing. We can (sic) hold up a driver because a bag is missing you must understand that. keep me posted" I suppose at this price point I wouldn't expect the driver to hang around for our bags to show (allegedly 30 minutes from then - and at 2am we didn't want to wait either). Some of the other services state in their quote that they charge extra for additional wait time, but the tone was again needlessly unfriendly. The driver (Noah) was efficient, drove safely and the car was spotless. I tipped more than the cost of the ride. Now that I know what to expect I would use them again. read more

So our flight was delayed over an hour and then we had trouble at immigration lines. Our amazing driver Noah waited patiently for 3 hours at busy LAX traffic for our arrival while keeping in touch via text. The situation was stressful enough and knowing he was out waiting for us was a blessing. This was my 3rd time using this service and I won't use anyone else. I started using LetsGo2 after another, well known shuttle service left us stranded at LAX at 3am when our flight was delayed. I used letsgo2 service between LAX airport and my home in Vista CA. I must say this is one of the finest experiences I ever had in terms of travel. Once I gave my itinerary for a late May travel for 3 weeks, the rest was taken care of with text massages with the assigned driver and car information with arrival times. Noah, who later I learned is one of the founders, arrived on time to pick me up from my home in Vista CA and dropped me off at LAX in a very comfortable 2017 car with nice music and cooled car. On the way back Estee was ready to pick me up in a a comfortably cooled car with nice music from LAX. I even did not wait 2 min to be picked up. We had couple of text exchanges to arrange the pick up location and she was there. I highly recommend letsgo2 everyone who wants to save money, time and hassle. believe me for a 3 week vacation, just LAX parking alone before gas expenses was close to $200.
