We had two completely separate reservations with this company for airport transportation -- different names, phone numbers, addresses, and confirmation numbers -- but the same pickup time and flight. Both reservations were confirmed on Friday for a Saturday morning pickup. On the way TO LAX: My sister and brother-in-law were never picked up. At the scheduled 4:00am pickup time, they called the company and it went straight to voicemail. At no point did the company proactively reach out to us to explain what was happening. After repeatedly calling and getting no answers, they were forced to Uber to the airport. Only after multiple calls did the company finally say there were "car issues." By then, they would have missed their flight if they hadn't arranged their own backup. On the way BACK from LAX: My sister and brother-in-law were picked up -- but my parents and I were not. Again, no one from the company contacted us. When my mom called, she was told "let me call the driver and see where he's at." No one ever called her back. Instead, the company called my sister's driver to say there was no driver for us. When my mom called again, the explanation changed and they blamed both failed rides on a "computer glitch," despite previously blaming car issues. Throughout all of this, every update came only because we kept calling them. There was zero proactive communication, accountability, or apology. If there were known issues, we should have been notified so we could make alternate plans -- especially for airport transportation. The one bright spot is Steve, the driver who did take me to the airport and later drove my sister and brother-in-law home. He was communicative, professional, and great. Unfortunately, due to the ownership/management, lack of communication, and how these situations were handled (including by the owner, Noah), we will never use this company again and strongly recommend others do not either. After looks at other reviews, it also seems that "car issues" or traffic are common excuses used here. read more

Terrible experience. You learn a lot about the ownership of a company when things go wrong. We had hired this company for the first time after recommendation from our friends. We arranged to be picked up from LAX at 9:36p on a Friday night. We were suppose to get a text from the driver but did not hear from him, after repeated texts we finally hear from the driver at 10:23p. He supposedly had a flat tire but never told us until we were outside the terminal waiting for our ride. He said he is 10 mins away. 15 mins later he says there is construction and he was a 7 miles away? By the time he finally arrived it was around 11:15p. When the driver showed he said sorry, I was a last minute replacement and I got a flat tire and had AAA repair it. The next day we brought this issue up and the owner, Noah, was very defensive and said that the driver was there on time but it takes time to get to the terminal on a Friday night. He also intimated that we complained about "dust" in the car! Which is completely untruthful, no one in our party said anything about a dusty car, we just wanted to get home after a 10 hour flight. The owner also blamed LAX traffic for the delay but the actual drives said it was from the flat tire? Who's telling the truth? Needless to say we will never use this car service again. I'm also telling my family and friends to not use them. The whole situation could have been handled professionally and honestly but the company chose a different direction. read more

If you are looking for a car service in Los Angeles, then look no further. I contacted them on Saturday for a Monday evening pick up from LAX and they were great. Upon arrival Noah was there waiting as my daughter walked out of the terminal, even though she told him the wrong one. It's the day of my trip, they have my $230.00 for round trip service to the airport and the voice mail box is full. I was supposed to get a phone call or email last night regarding my ride to the airport and I have not.  Their online chat does not work either. I am pretty sure I am screwed out of my money and my ride. **UPDATE** DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. It's worse than I thought. They literally called my screaming at me that they sent me an email, and they did not. They sent me a email after they yelled at me and said that they refunded my money and they did not (it's not pending in my bank account). I am still texting with this person who has threatened to sue me for "misrepresentation" (that's not possible). He is now accusing me of trying to ruin his business and told me "God has a way of treating people who do things like you are." WTF?  I just wanted a ride to the airport. This app is really great for me to get around town and get to an airport without having to use all the money in my wallet! I use it every time to do a round-trip drive from my house to LAX. The rates are very affordable and you get to sit alone in the car without having to share a ride at all. The drivers are courteous and helpful and are easy to communicate with. I've never had an issue with them and they are always on time. I don't think I'll ever use another rider app when it comes to getting to the airport! read more

I had used them a couple of times before and thought they were great but the last time I used them the driver never showed up to take me to the airport and wouldn't respond to my calls or texts. I tried getting in touch with the main office to no avail either. After about 20-30 min of waiting on the curb the driver finally responds that he's coming and I text to ask his how soon he'd be there and he never responded to my call or text again so I had to book another ride because I was going to miss my flight. read more

We have gone the cheap route for years. Driving to the Flyaway, paying to park in a minimally secure parking structure and paying to ride the bus to LAX. This time a friend recommended Letsgo2 and it was a whole new experience. Travel is exhausting enough and to have someone else handle the driving to and from took a huge load off of the whole experience. Ben drove us to LAX and Noah picked us up. Stellar drivers both. No complaints. Is it pricey? Yes in comparison to the Flyaway but honestly, gas, parking, bus fare and the fear that your personal car might no longer be there when you returned makes it worth it. read more

My family and I have used them multiple times for rides to and from LAX. Always a pleasure to see Noah there to pick us up. He is always on time (pretty much always early!) and a super friendly guy! A family member had Chamberlain pick her up once and he too was friendly and on time. Only 2 minor issues with this company: 1) Sometimes they don't send message the night before pick up who is our driver and what car to look out for so I have to chat with them on website to find out and confirm. 2) When I do chat with them Jane Sanders isn't the friendliest person in the world. But all in all they are a very good service...We've never been late to the airport and when being picked up from the airport they've never had any of us wait more than a few minutes. I flew into LAX on time only to be stuck in the plane an extra hour before getting to depart the plane. I text Noah to let him know and he said no problem they'll be there for me. The luggage took 1.5 hrs before it was released and I text Noah again to let him know it was taking along time not knowing he wasn't receiving My text cause there was no service..finally got luggage surfaced to street level and called Robert...he was there waiting for me..he had no idea what happened to me since no communication..it was pouring rain and Robert drove me home to Ventura safely and I want to give him a big thank you for not leaving me! I just completed my 2 trip with LetsGo2 & everything was spot on!! Got an email the day before travel letting me know my drivers name & car. While in route I got a text from my driver. I let him know what terminal I was arriving at. Once I got my luggage I texted him what pole number I was standing at & within 2 minutes he was there. Noah was my driver, very friendly & great driver. Dropped me off at my hotel. For return I was picked up by Eddy, another great driver, very friendly & drove very well. The ride itself was very good. My flight arrived an hour early. I had set my pickup time for 20 min after the scheduled arrival. I texted immediately on landing that we were very early and could the driver please come earlier. The response was good and I was told before we were at the gate that yes, a new driver was coming. The only thing is that it took until 10 min before the original pickup time for him to arrive. I realize that traffic cannot be helped in LA but I feel like other services do a good job of tracking your flights and accommodating these things. Noah was a wonderful driver! Picked me up early and got me to the airport promptly. He was very safe and super friendly. Highly recommend for anyone commuting from the valley to the airport. The Groupon is a great deal compared to the prices on their website and the price of other shuttles. However, I will add that the application itself was quite confusing to navigate and the owner of the app (Christian) was not very cooperative. He said there were limitations to the Groupon, although the Groupon itself did not state that in the fine print. read more

I first heard about this company on groupon, however we did not purchase the groupon. Me and one other needed a round trip ride from Sherman Oaks to LAX. As the groupon deal is $29 per person, vs approximately 65 through their website, I called the company to see if there is a difference in service. If you purchase through their own website, delays are included (as opposed to groupon which has a 1 hour grace period). To be safe, we purchased through the company website. We had a 1:20AM flight to the airport, and our driver, Noah showed up on time as we had asked and promptly dropped us off. Upon arrival back to LAX, we incurred a flight delay of 1 hour, and there was no issue with Letsgo2 as Noah picked us up timely and drove us back home. As the company is based out of North Hollywood, I would definitely use them again as I find they are reliable and the set prices work in our favor. read more

I purchased a r/t airport transfer from Groupon and I couldn't have been happier with the service. Both drivers were nice, personable and on time. In fact, when we returned from Japan we got out of customs earlier than I assumed so I thought we'd have to wait 30 mins for our driver, but he was already there! We were SO happy to not have to wait around after a 12 hour flight. The app could use some work, honestly, because it didn't work so we ended up communicating through email to confirm the reservation. That's a minor thing though I suppose. In any case, we will use the company again for our next airport transfer and I recommend others give them a try. read more

The layout is funky when you are first trying to find things and I wish there was a way to leave a tip through the app instead of digging for cash... maybe there is? The stars are for the service! The drivers to and from the airport were GREAT! I don't remember who drove me to the LAX but it was 4 in the morning... the car was clean and the ride was smooth! Noah picked me up from the airport super fast right at the curb (no hunting for the correct pick up sign) and got me home in record time. I used the service for an early ride to LAX and then a pickup during rush hour on a Friday. Both rides with terrific: drivers on time, excellent driving, friendly and helpful.
