They love the dogs and listen to specific requests you have regarding grooming your furry child a certain way. They pay attention to all things. Their prices are reasonable. Marlee hates grooming/baths like most cats. I already had her in a large carrier. Totally prepared my bathroom for grooming by 12:18 pm. I came across JJ's card at Bex coffee shop downtown and gave her a ring. Grooming delivered is absolutely worth the extra $10-15 bucks for Fitch to be comfortable and for my peace of mind for him to not potentially catch the dog flu or kennel cough that is popping up even though he is current on all of his vaccinations, including dog flu. This also saved me an hour worth of drive time to drop off and pick up! JJ was right on time, friendly, and great with Fitch. She asked me a few questions about what kind of hair cut we wanted and let me know all of the services that were included, then she set up shop and got right to it. Fitch liked her from the beginning and even let her pick him up. After grooming, JJ took a few minutes for play and treats... she understands and obliges the extra exhilaration after getting your hair done, lol. I got to there 9:15, because she is always late and I was told I wait, and she still wasn't there this morning at 9:15 or 9:20. I had brushed and combed my poor little guy. He did have a slight rash on his belly and Brittney called me about it. Said there were some mats. Took him to the vet that said what was as fine was completely unnecessary. I stopped by since I was thinking of one of my girlfriends whom we were all out together the night before who has her precious dog named Connor and texted her about it. There were different reps from the companies whose pet food brand are carried at this store. This is serious stuff, some are just a state or two away so the food is more fresh. The flavors for the food sounded quite appealing and it was amazing to learn that there are different ones depending on the food allergies that the dog or cat may have, whether old or young, size, etc. My Hubby has tons of allergies (thus one reason for no pets and he was smart not to ask me to choose between him and my cat when we got married decades ago) and these food options were quite amazing. These were dry food but there were also canned (and other packaged that needs to be refrigerated). I decided to go into the store and it almost felt like when our kids were young, when we would go to the mall and stop by the Disney Store! The aisles were nicely laid out, clean. I never realized how large the store was as I never walked to this end of Publix strip at Five Forks. The staff were very friendly and upbeat and wow, towards the back is like pet spa for dogs (maybe cats too) as I saw one large dog getting prepped to go to his "room" and there were signs of the different treatments. I'm posting photos of the store and of the Expo. They were handing out treats to the dogs that were there and the store staff were wearing costumes. Definitely telling my friend about this place as I know she treats her dog with a silver spoon. I don't know what pet prices are like, though they seemed to be having a special with this event. Either way, definitely check this place out if you want to get supplies, food, toys, pet furniture, grooming/treatments for your dog and/or cat.

Very unprofessional employee. Constantly complaining about the schedule, or who quit. Constantly speaking down to me. I told Lexi if she could please stop complaining and being rude because it is not my business, and my mother just died. She complained about how busy they were with someone quitting again, and I asked her to stop being rude. And her way of handling it was to cancel my grooming appointment for today and tomorrow, which is what she was aiming for the whole time.
