Awesome pet salon. My little maltese is never nervous when I take her in for what I call "her spa day." My maltese is 10 years old, and Ms. Phyllis and her incredible staff have been grooming my pet for 8 years. I highly recommend Bubbles and Bows. read more

Bubbles & Bows Pet Salon - Pet Groomers Near Me - Simpsonville, South Carolina

Loved the lady who greeted us. I have three dogs. A mini goldendoodle, a mini schnauzer and a toy poodle, and all looked wonderful!

I just have to say that the groomers did a spectacular job with Luna (Husky/German Shepard) and Koda (golden retriever) yesterday! Very pleased with the overall job done and pricing. We will be back. read more

I had taken my Shih Tzu/Lhasa mix dog there several times and was happy, except they were disorganized. The last time I called they said the dog had to have its yearly shots first. So, I took her to the vet and paid for her check-up. Vet said she was in perfect health and I obviously had done a fabulous job with her. A few days later at 8:00 am she was taken for grooming. They wanted another $25 to keep her from being there for 6 or more hours. After paying the bill I noticed the dogs eye had broken blood vessels. They said it was the dogs fault and were not accountable to anything bad happening. My dog wasn't right after that groom and after another vet bill I had to rush her to the emergency animal hospital at midnight, which verified she'd had a recent head injury. At 2:30 am I had her put to sleep. So, this grooming place costs me a bunch of vet bills, a groom bill, lost wages, an emergency vet bill and a cremation bill. This place lacks integrity, accountability and honesty. Going here cost me a lot of money, but worse it cost me my best friend, who I had to watch suffer. read more

Dog owners and potential employees BEWARE!! I applied to a job posting on Indeed.com for a dog groomer on Thursday (10/24/19) that was posted by "Mike Frye" and got a response from "phyllis" the following morning to contact "Lindsay", who said she wanted me to start the very next day. I thought it was weird how there wasn't an 'interview' process, but went with it anyway. I got there ten minutes early to help with the time it normally takes to fill out the paperwork at a new place of work; there wasn't offered any. I was ignored for those ten minutes and once I FINALLY got her to come to the front, she said "are you the one from -insert town-?" I said "yes" then she let me into the back where I saw how run down the grooming salon REALLY is. Dog cages lined the walls with dogs of all sizes pooping and peeing in their cages because they're SCARED of the people who care for them. As I start by asking what I can do (because she's still ignoring me) I start taking different dogs out to go to the bathroom. More employees start coming into work and the owner (I now know who's name is Lindsay) starts talking -excuse me- I mean bitching about a vet bill that was over $700. After a while of her doing this I ask "what is it for?" she tells me that a dogs leg got caught on the lift as she tried to lower the grooming station, and she said "I thought I tore his leg off and now I have to pay $700!!! That's like working for free!!! That's all I'm doing now, free labor! " Never once did she say anything about the animal that was injured, no care or concern. After that she continued on for 30 minutes complaining about having to pay the money, and yelling to everyone about it. Next, all of the workers ignored me and wouldn't show me what to do other than ONE other employee and gave me the worst dogs to groom while having smiles on their faces when I was struggling to get control of an animal. As I was grooming one, another employee walked in from the backyard and SLAMMED the door HARD on the dogs face and front paws. Then, around lunch time is when one groomer and the owner "introduced themselves" if you can call it that. They were talking to themselves and then said to me "I guess my name is so-and-so, I haven't introduced myself yet" when I was nowhere near them. I also saw many dogs have razor nicks and/or wounds from the groomers hurting the dogs, and feces tangled in their hair. I wouldn't even take MY dog here!!! This place needs to be shut down!! The owners and workers are rude and they will make you want to quit after 1.5 hours with them; I'm not sure how I lasted 4 hours. Also, the floors are gross and your pet is bound to get an infection here, because they don't need shots to come. So because of all of this, I'll be reporting them to the authorities. People need to see what's going on back there!!! read more

I had a great experience with this salon..PetSmart had refused to take my dog because she was too nervous (gimme a break) so I called here by the suggestion of my vets office and they were able to squeeze her in and give her a bath, grooming and do her nails..not a bad price either. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my baby Rusty! read more

They take advantage of small business owners (like myself) and don't pay their bills. Please think twice before trading with them.

My dogs love this salon, the staff is caring and friendly, prices are good and they go out of their way to accommodate us. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Great and friendly staff. Our pets are our family members so we can all become over protective. But B&B Is very caring and concerned about the pets and family members. If not they would not be so busy. We will continue to take our Special Family Member to this establishment! read more

They do not require shot records here which is a HUGE problem! I had them keep my dogs while we were away and also groom them and I could not believe the condition they were in when I got them back. One had a gash on his head and scabs on his ear which I can only think he was bitten, not to mention he was infested with fleas and I treat both of my animals for fleas! Both of my animals are allergic to fleas, so it's costing me an arm and a leg to get them back to normal. They both have huge puss-filled welts from head to toe, and one is chewing both back legs raw. My other dog had a horrible limp when he got home, but luckily that is getting better. The last thing is that neither were bathed! They were both dirty, but had perfume on, which was a lame attempt at hiding the fact that they were never washed. I will NEVER trust these people again to keep my pets. Hey, it's $10/day for boarding your pet there and that should have been a huge red flag to me. LESSON LEARNED!!! read more

I'm updating my previous review....Do not come here. After I picked up my baby that day they wanted to charge me $24 for the bathing after it shows on the wall it is $18 and we only asked her to trim her two back paws. My mom took my baby again today and got charged $45!!!!!!!!!!! She called my stepdad and told him she would charge him $5 extra dollars for every minute he was late and if he didn't show up by closing time they would charge them overnight boarding fees. And when she got home she noticed one of her eyes is shut closed and red.....I don't even want to think about what could have happened. I almost feel like suing you guys. Don't go. I am very disappointed and can't trust them with their inconsistent pricing. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. read more

I took my dog here numerous times. I was pleased with the service and price until last week. I dropped my dog off at 8:15 in the morning and didn't get him back until 3:30 that afternoon, just for a bath and brush. When I picked him up his nose was raw from trying to get out the kennel I'm assuming. Then I notice a day later they didn't even clip his toe nails, grind them which I pay extra for and then shave his paw pads. He was there for over 7 hours. After seeing this not done I'm pretty sure they just put him in the bath and just let him kennel dry. He didn't even look freshly brushed like usual. I called to tell them about it and the only thing they offered me was to let me bring him back in free of charge and they will perform the services. What I don't think they understand is that is no favor to me. Number 1 it's not free I already paid for it and number 2 I will be wasting more gas and time to take him. I asked for my money back and that's what I get offered. I will not return to this grooming shop. Very very disappointed. read more

When I picked my dog up I was told it would be an additional $10 because my dog was so matted. My husband dropped her off and he said they didn't say anything about that. I would like to have been told that ahead of time. Five months earlier I was charged $38 and this time $58. But, the bigger issue is they treat customers rudely and dogs are just a source of income, not genuine dog lovers. I'm not taking my dog back. I told my husband something about them makes me very uneasy. I wish i had read the reviews about the dog that had to get stitches before taking my dog. In my opinion they are very untrustworthy. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! My peekapoo had been groomed there a few times before without incident. (He is a passive/sweet dog that when people meet him, they want to keep him...especially groomers.) I received a call the last time I took him and was told it was taking a little longer that usual, but they would call me when he was ready. Okay. No big deal. A couple of hours later, I called and was told again he wasn't ready. An hour or so later, I was told he was ready, but that he had to be taken to the vet earlier to get stitches for a "superficial" cut where he has been nicked. SIX stitches for a "superficial" cut!!! The next day, the stitches had come out, and the owner told me she would pay for having to take him back to the vet. When I got to the vet's office, the owner had called and told them she would not pay as "it wasn't her fault" and she had "already paid for his initial stitches." I understand that accidents happen. That's why this is is not just about the "superficial" wound. 1. Why didn't they tell me he had been cut the FIRST time they called me?! Or when I called them back? 2. If they hadn't cut him, he wouldn't have needed stitches the first time, much less the second! 3. The owner is not a person of integrity based on my dealings with her. She straight up deceived me initially and lied to me throughout the process. So, yea, I'd give them a 0 if I could. read more

My dog had been going here for the 4yrs we had him. They always did a great job, I never had any issues. That is until this last time I picked him up and the lady who I dealt with told me that the price had gone up to $50. I asked her why and she said that because my dog gets snippy coming in and out of the kennel the groomer has to stop what they are doing and attend to him right away, she also said their prices had gone up. First of all not at any time did they say that he was such a problem. I wouldn't have had a problem if they would have spoken to me about him getting snippy even though it was only when he was coming in and out of the cage. Secondly why wasn't I advised of the price change when I dropped him off? In my opinion that is poor business practice and poor customer service. You don't spring an extra $10 on a customer without a notice. That was the last time we took our business there. I took him to Pet smart and they did just as a good job. read more
