Upon entrance, I was greeted by the receptionist and filled out my health history form. I was actually surprised that they directly bill to insurance companies since many places do not directly bill, unless if it is a clinic. After filling out my forms, I was greeted by Karli Rose, and she lead me to the treatment room. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated, giving me the relaxing feels like within a spa setting. Karli Rose did a thorough consult with me prior to the treatment. The massage itself was amazing. Karli Rose had the perfect medium-deep pressure during the massage. She allowed me to chit chat when I wanted, but also allowed me to be in my own silent space. I really enjoyed talking with her and getting to know her, especially since we had similar past experiences. Since this was my first appointment, I was able to receive the first-time price of $59.99. The receptionist mentioned the membership for future appointments, which I declined for now since I maxed out my benefits for the year, but have thought about it for next year when it resets. Looking forward to coming back to see Karli Rose before she goes for maternity leave!

I let her know about this particular knot in my back and she really delivered! She paid attention to exactly what I asked and needed. She used many different techniques. What stood out to me is that each technique and moved she used seemed intentional and catered to my needs. It didn't feel like a routine. The pressure was just right and she really did try to get all my knots out. She made sure to focus on what I asked her to. I also really appreciated that she reminded me to breathe and not hold my breath. I do this all the time during massages and never really realized. This is the first time I've been told to remember to breathe. Honestly, it was just so good. I felt excellent after. I'm going to pre-book for next month and I never book a month in advance lol.

I called and they were available right away. When I asked their prices they were higher than my usual places so I felt that it was legit. I couldn't have been more wrong. Red Flag #1: Entry is at the rear of the plaza, not the street side. Red Flag #2: She asked for payment up front. I was supposed to get $20 change but she said since I'm the first customer she would have to go to the store next door to get my change Red Flag #3: Calls me "baby" Red Flag #4-99: The massage was really just her gliding her hands over my body with baby oil. When I asked for harder she went from gliding to literally pounding. She complained that "I'm not strong". At this point I was ready to leave and then she asked me to turn over. Here she says that she pays for the room and that she wants a $20 "tip" (the $20 I was supposed to get in change). She tells me she will give me pleasure for the $20, or not, either way she was keeping the $20. I declined. I was sore and came for pain, not a handy. Then she became abusive and tried to talk me up for more money. She said "I want you happy" so I said, give me my money back. At this point I was so mad I just got up and left. So if you want a handy from a random woman then this is a place you can go to. Be prepared to be robbed though.
