Upon entrance, I was greeted by the receptionist and filled out my health history form. I was actually surprised that they directly bill to insurance companies since many places do not directly bill, unless if it is a clinic. After filling out my forms, I was greeted by Karli Rose, and she lead me to the treatment room. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated, giving me the relaxing feels like within a spa setting. Karli Rose did a thorough consult with me prior to the treatment. The massage itself was amazing. Karli Rose had the perfect medium-deep pressure during the massage. She allowed me to chit chat when I wanted, but also allowed me to be in my own silent space. I really enjoyed talking with her and getting to know her, especially since we had similar past experiences. Since this was my first appointment, I was able to receive the first-time price of $59.99. The receptionist mentioned the membership for future appointments, which I declined for now since I maxed out my benefits for the year, but have thought about it for next year when it resets. It looked soo cute and instagram worthy. When BING entered she greeted me with a "hi, how are you feeling, and is there an area you want me to focus on". Now that's a masseuse that's attentive. I told her I've been having severe sciatic back pain on my left side...she proceed to put pressure on the area and ask if I am comfortable with that strength. Mind you, even tho I was hurting, I was going to let her do her magic without me complaining. An hour later, she spent a good 5 - 10 to refocus on that area again before our time was up. I really liked the service here. I am Definitely coming back.
