I was amazed how much excess accumulated over 10 years she helped us get rid of in a short span of time, while making us feel good about where it's going, and then reorganized everything in a way that made sense with labels added. She even offered to help us find anything after she left, since she knew where everything was. A month later we have been able to maintain her system and it's a joy using the kitchen now, I'm so glad I was able to find her!

Vanessa made it possible for me to settle in quickly and calmly. She unpacked everything with care and saved all the packing paper so she could take it to recycling or post it for pickup. She asked thoughtful questions about how I live and how I use my kitchen, bathroom, closet (even when my closet was not yet built out!), dresser, and garage. Because of that, every item ended up in a place that makes sense for my daily routines. And she still let me know that if the system is not working she will come back to tweak! Her systems are outstanding and she and Priya executed it to perfect. The labels she created and the inserts she found to fit my drawers have made my home easy to navigate and easy to maintain. My kitchen has never looked more organized or more beautiful. Friends told me I looked fully moved in within a week, and that was entirely because of her work. Vanessa delivers a level of professionalism and care that is rare.

He was super thoughtful about removing and hauling things like the carpet I tore out. Prices were aligned with others in the area. I liked that Brandon does the work himself, from quote to finish. He completed 4 closets over 2 days. The closets themselves have shifted the whole feel of the rooms. Definitely an upgrade that I'd highly recommend! Lessons I learned, that you may want to heed... if you have access, get in and paint the closets ahead of time. He will do touch ups, and paint over small areas previously occupied by screws, closet bar supports etc, but that doesn't include full painting. In my case the Master closets hadn't been painted since before I moved in 18 years ago - they suddenly looked dingy contrasting with the new materials. It's none fun painting after the fact! Same thing with any flooring updates. Fortunately, I was able to tear up the carpet the evening before he did the last 2 closets. Give yourself the gift of a fully finished, high end closet. You'll thank me later!

I couldn't be happier with the work Gina and Bee Line Organizing & Design have done for our family…read more As a working mom with four young children and another baby on the way, I really needed our home to function better and feel more manageable. Gina completely reimagined our garage, creating an incredible amount of storage and function in a relatively small space. She also transformed the kitchen and pantry, reorganizing and relocating everything so the spaces make sense, adding beautiful contact paper and thoughtful details, and somehow creating room we didn't even know we had. She also found smart ways to add storage throughout the children's spaces, including floating shelves and other solutions that feel intentional and beautiful. What I appreciate most is that Gina doesn't just organize, she looks at how our family actually lives and creates systems around that. Everything feels calmer, more functional and ready for this next chapter with our new baby. We are so happy with everything she's done.

Kristin helped me get my life back…read more I have a nice house, but it was such a disorganized mess that it was making me miserable. I had tried to get organized, but all the organizing "stuff" I bought, as well all my other stuff, only added to the clutter. I'm good at a lot of things, but organizing a home is not one of them, and I literally did not know what to do. So I turned to the Internet. I looked here on Yelp. Kristin has great reviews, so I called her. She came over on a Saturday and spend the day restoring order to my home. I was so discouraged with my house that I just hid in my bedroom while Kristin did her magic. When I came out, it was like a weight been lifted off my shoulders, the sunshine through the clouds. LOL. Kristin took away all the Amazon boxes that had been piling up. She set up systems so that I could do things efficiently and logically--a place to put incoming mail, a place to put groceries, everything for making tea and coffee put together in the same location, etc. I have a lot of hobbies, and little bits and pieces of them were scattered all over the house. Kristin managed to gather, sort and organize all of them. Amazing. I was a little hesitant to hire an organizer because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find my things if somebody moved them. That ended up not being an issue at all, just the opposite. Now, if I want to find something and I don't know where it is, all I have to do is say, "Well, where is the logical place for it?" And there it is. Much better than my old method of trying to remember, searching the house, and then going out and buying a duplicate because I couldn't find what I needed. The best thing is now that my place is organized, I feel much more motivated and capable of keeping it this way on my own. I feel more serene now, and, my life is just, well, better. LOL. Highly recommended.

I am floored by her customer service and true desire to deliver for her clients. I stand by my experience, but stand by even more by Danielle's desire to deliver to her clients. *** Miss Clutter sends hard-working people to your home to organize things. I was a bit disappointed by the experience, because what I truly needed were systems put in place better than what I already had in place. The lead organizer did suggest a wonderful fix for an issue I had, so I appreciated and was grateful for her thoughts on the kids' art corner. Really grateful fix with furniture I already had in the home. Wonderful win! But I didn't get any other suggestions or any issue-spotting from the lead, nor suggestions on how to improve flow in the home. I suppose my own experience with other declutter businesses--like House of Love with Colleen Collins--outshined this one because I am a tired mom who needs someone to lend their mental energy to figure things out for me: how to better organize the kids' clothes, how to create flow for my own clothes and how to create a more peaceful office. Instead, I found myself directing the helpers on what I wanted because they did not have much to add in terms of solutions or issue-spotting. Even in terms of decluttering, when I asked whether I should get rid of a particular item, the answer was "It is up to you." I know it is up to me, but o need your help. That is why I'm spending thousands of dollars on help: because I am tired and need your advice and help to declutter, and see if I have issues in my home. Danielle said she could see several issues in my home based on the videos I sent her, but I didn't really get any advice on those issues. I suppose that is why it is really helpful having Danielle's input, but she never made it. She said she was going to stop by, but was unable to. I texted her afterwards, and she sent me some entryway products, but that was the extent of her input. Another pain point was when I needed to declutter the kid bookshelf. The lead suggested I look through it and see what I wanted to get rid of. I had to ask her to remove all the books so that I could go through them one by one, then have them put them back. I know it was the end of the day, but we had at least 30 minutes and I was surprised that I had to request them to remove the items. It's hard to declutter a bookshelf when the books are stacked on the shelf. There were other examples of how I had to ask them to remove all the items so I can make decluttering choices. They did not ask whether I had other kid books/clothes/items in any part of the house, so there might have been items that missed review. As long as you come into the situation knowing that it might just be people organizing, you'll have a great experience. They make everything look beautiful and clean. I'm a mom of two kids, so the places that only saw things folded and put back will sadly last for a couple of weeks only, but if that is your aim, then you've found the right business. I hate to write a review like this, because the three people worked SO HARD and were so kind. But I felt like I was sold on one product and given another for the same expensive price tag.

When we started, we discovered bugs, mold, and expired spices dating back to 2018 - it was genuinely concerning. Sylvia didn't just organize, she helped us create a healthier environment by thoroughly cleaning and purging everything that was unsafe. What impressed me most was how thoughtfully she designed solutions for our actual needs. She created a pull-out snack center at the perfect height for my 6-year-old son to reach his own snacks independently. She sourced all the organizing supplies from accessible stores like Target and Nordstrom Rack, so the solutions were both effective and budget-friendly. Sylvia listened to how we actually use our kitchen and created systems that make sense for our daily routines. The clear container system in the pantry makes it easy to see what we have and ensures nothing gets forgotten and expires again. Everything now has a designated place that's easy to maintain. The transformation went far beyond just making things look neater - Sylvia helped us create a space that's genuinely healthier and more functional for our family. I can't recommend her highly enough for anyone wanting to reclaim their kitchen from chaos while prioritizing safety and practicality.
