Greet vendor, great Adrian, great wasabi! We have adrian as DJ and wasabi as mc. They are recommended by our planner. Adrian knows what we are looking for, and go over the music we can use one by one. At the night right before the wedding, we really needed to make a change in the slides and video. Adrian was still working on other's wedding very late that day. I thought it was impossible to have him change the slides now. But Adrian did! Without charging any extra fee. It was very late at night and he was so nice to stay late for our project. Wasabi is an amazing MC. She really caught every important moment. The guests and bridal party all said she is good. The only deficiency happens at the cake cutting. Because this is a small wedding and half of the guests are at the middle age or above, not everyone came to dance. The MC announced there was a photobooth out side the ballroom, and a lot of youngs went to have the picture. Then...less people for dancing. When it came to the cake cutting time, half of the people are not in the ballroom. After the wedding many guests asked if I had a cake...And because a lot of people went to photobooth, there was not so many persons inside, and some guests thought it was almost the end of the wedding and left... Overall, it was a good night, and Adrian and his team probably will have more experience with a small wedding party. read more

Adrian Ong was the DJ at our wedding and I highly recommend his services! From the beginning, Adrian was extremely personable and professional, quick to respond, and easy to work with. He plans ahead and even helped us with planning our reception schedule. Adrian was also more than willing to accommodate us to help us create the wedding experience we wanted. His experience and expertise had our event running smoothly and our guests on the dance floor! read more

Adrian Ong and Dj Mizio were truly amazing. They made our wedding day more fun and exciting seamlessly. From my very first meeting with Adrian, every aspect of coordinating our entertainment for the wedding was efficient and well organized. We appreciated Adrian's felixibility and professionalism throughout the whole process. Thank you Adrian and the team at Let's Make a Memory for making our wedding day more than we could have asked for!! read more

We looked around for a Dj and Mc that speaks English and Cantonese for our wedding reception. By far this company was the best to work with. Adrain was polite, professional and attentive. All of our guest was amazed of the great music selection and danced all night. Thank you so much Adrain. Also thank you for not stopping the music when your time was up. Now that's what you called service at it's best. I would recommend Adrian and this company to anyone. read more

Adrian was AMAZING to work with and even more amazing on the day of the wedding. He was incredibly responsive and professional. He was beyond helpful and definitely one of my favorites of our vendors. All of our guests were raving about how hilarious he was and did I mention he was amazing?!? He even went out of his way to help me when I wanted to surprise my husband with a song (which didn't end up happening because of time constraints that was my choice). I can't express just how much we enjoyed having Adrian as our MC. He definitely made the evening memorable! As for the DJ, our photographer kept us out of the reception for the bulk of the open dancing time so I'm not sure how that went but for all the music needs up until that point, he was spot on. Thanks again and we HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Let's Make a Memory and Adrian! =) read more

Adrian was simply amazing. All my guest loved him. Planning a wedding can be pretty stressful, after researching for months we finally found Adrian, he was extremly professional ,helpful, and accommodating. After meeting him we felt that he would be perfect for our event. The package deal that he provides is very affordable and great quality with a expert crew. His photo and video crew was top notch, the Dj was amazing and Adrian was an incredible mj. I would definitely recommend him to everybody. read more

Adrian and Ron were great to work with. They did everything by the timeline and made the wedding day go by smoothly. Although there were minor kinks but they tried to make it un-noticeable. Adrian responds quickly to emails, texts, and phone calls and always is on time to meet up. He helps out with song recommendations and does everything very professionally. Ron works for the radio station AM1430 and so you know his Cantonese is well and that he will be a very good MC. I would recommend them for your DJ and/or MC needs. read more

I found Lets Make A Memory on Yelp when we started off on our wedding planning adventure. We met with Adrian for the 1st time and went over types of music we liked and wanted played at our wedding and got to know him a little better in person. We booked Adrian to DJ and MC at the wedding and I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and how prompt he was and most of all he had great energy and kept the party moving along as our timeline was planned. I gave him a list of songs I wanted played during dinner time and he had ALL of the songs I wanted. Adrian not only played our music and kept the dance floor rockin' he was able to interact with our guest and worked well with my photographer to capture some fun moments as well. I gave him 5 stars because my husband and I were very happy with our decision to hire Adrian as our DJ/MC. One of our best choices by far! read more

Adrian and his team were wonderful. He had two assistants with him and got great shots of the getting ready times in the bride and groom's suites. We also got the drone package and are really happy with those shots. Totally makes the video stand out from the rest! Thank you!!! read more

We had Adrian and his team provide the DJ and MC for our wedding on August 3, 2013. Adrian was very professional from day one. I knew I could trust him, which allowed me to offload some of the duties (ie. song choices, sequence of events for the evening, games/entertainment) to him... Leave it to the professionals! Adrian worked with us to coordinate a seamless evening of events, from first dance to table toasts and cake cutting to bouquet tossing... The night was perfect! Nothing was missed and everything ran exactly to plan! He even sang a piece when I was running behind with one of my dress changes! My family and our guests still talk about how much fun they had at our wedding! Adrian's games left me laughing all night long... So my wedding photos and videos also turned out beautifully! read more

We booked Let's Make a Memory to provide DJ & Emcee services for our wedding reception. We were impressed with Adrian right from the beginning as he was very professional, kind and honest. During the planning process, Adrian was very easy to work and he even helped us with our timeline. Our wedding reception ended up being a huge success with many of our guests saying how great the music was, and that is all due to Adrian and his talent! Also, the emcee that works with Adrian is superb! I needed both English and Cantonese for the reception, and she was able to provide that service in addition to being friendly and funny. I would highly recommend Adrian and his team! Thank you so much for being a part of our wedding reception and giving our guests an unforgettable night! read more

What would I do without Let's Make a Memory! Thank you for making our wedding so much fun, thank you for entertaining all our 200 guests! So I always imaged my wedding being entertained by MC but for some reason it was so hard to find anybody good and professional in LA. So I came across Let's Make a Memory, we met with Adrian and decided right away he would be the right fit for our wedding! So we hired Adrian as our MC and DJ for the music! It was so fun and professional. From Grand Entrance to the Money Dance everything went perfect, Adrian knows how to grab attention and when from the guests. I didn't have to worry about anything, even though I had last minute changes Adrian didn't forget about anything. And DJ, omg the music was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! All I said "my husband likes some old school hip-hop and I need couple Russian tracks" and it just happened! It made all our guests dance. Also 2 nights before the wedding I decided to do crazy dance and needed to mix some songs, I was thinking it wasn't possible but Adrian sent us the mix the same day and it was perfect! Thank you again and again, this wedding wouldn't happen without you! read more

Adrian at Let's Make A Memory is a life saver. My god sister found Adrian for me 3 weeks before my wedding after my original bilingual M.C. canceled on me last minute. He was super patient with me on the phone and found me Wasabi. Wow, is that girl fun. I couldn't have picked a better person even if I had spent a year looking for a M.C. myself. Adrian was so kind, checking in on me every couple of days to make sure everything went smoothly. On the wedding day, Wasabi was superb. She had class and style like no other. She does not do routine wedding programs that are boring. She appealed to the crowd and made sure that both young and old were entertained. Even after the wedding, both Adrian and Wasabi called to make sure that we were 100% satisfied. So if you are looking for a M.C. or D.J. look no further, just go with Let's Make A Memory first and save yourself the trouble and learn from my mistakes. Adrian was simply amazing! Even though he only had less than 2 months to plan he did a great job! My debut was literally out of the blue and if it wasn't for Adrian taking charge of everything, it probably would not have been as fun! The DJ and Adrian's team were so friendly and helpful. I literally took forever to do things but Adrian didn't give up on me hahah and I thank him SO much for it! Made my 18th birthday a night to remember! read more

I never write reviews but I decided to put time aside to write one for Let's Make a Memory. I feel a great deal of gratitude for Adrian and his team. I hired Let's Make a Memory for the DJ and M.C. service but I now wish I hired them for all the services I can hire them for. Adrian was great! He made our all our guests laugh. He made me and my husband laugh throughout the reception. It was a very fun night. Even though we had a wedding coordinator from another company, it was Adrian that made me feel relaxed and comfortable during the reception. When things were not going as smoothly as I hoped, he jumped in to fix the snags that happened. It was not his job to do this but he was wonderful with it. Before the ceremony itself, his wife accompanied me and she was just wonderful. Setting up meetings, getting responses and sharing ideas were quick and seamless with Adrian and Christie. I could not say enough but simply put, Thank you! You are the best!!! read more

Adrian kicks butt! He totally made our wedding. He offers the most competitive package out there with photography, videography, dj and mc. My wife and I are very satisfied with Adrian's MC and DJ Mizo's services for our wedding reception. We can honestly say that our reception wouldn't have been as fun and lively were it not for Adrian's MC skills and DJ Mizo. Adrian has many years of experience as an MC so he knows how to read and energize a crowd. The two games he introduced were the main highlights of the reception. There was a dancing game that had everyone ROFL'ing that many of our guests afterwards were surprised to learn that it had not been staged or rehearsed beforehand! He is fluent in both English & Mandarin, which is a major plus for weddings with both English-speaking and mandarin-speaking guests. Our guests afterwards had very positive things to say about Adrian and his MC skills. DJ Mizo did a superb job of mixing songs and also got a lot of compliments from our guests. I've been to quite a few weddings and his DJ skills rank among the best as he knows which parts of the song to play and how to transition to the next song seamlessly. Adrian is very responsive as he will reply to your email within hours. He will go the extra mile for you to make sure that you and your significant other will have the best wedding possible. For example, right before the ceremony, our wedding coordinator found out that the venue didn't have a microphone and speaker system available for us to use, even though we had paid the venue to have it ready. When she informed Adrian about this emergency situation, he got his mic/speakers set up and didn't charge us for it, so that our wedding would go on without a hitch. We appreciate the fact that he empathized with our situation and did everything in his power to make our wedding go as smoothly as possible. Adrian's rates are also quite reasonable considering the high quality of service and of course, the great memories you'll have of the wedding. We highly recommend "Let's Make a Memory" to anyone who wants a truly memorable and fun wedding! read more

He was also very patient with me, especially when I had some last minute changes for our timeline. On the big day, Adrian and DJ Mizo really kept the reception alive. Adrian was the phenomenal DJ for our wedding reception on 8/6. On event day, Adrian and our MC (Jeannie) showed up early to the venue to set up and make sure everything would go smoothly. MC- Jeannie was top notch, she knew exactly how to get the crowd going and break the ice. None of her jokes were corny and she remembered exactly everything that we asked her to announce. Our crowd loved her!!! Our friends thought she was a friend of ours because she blended in with the crowd (which is a GREAT thing) and never made herself the center of attention. When our parents realized she was Wasabi from 1430 their minds were blown, lol! DJ- Adrian had all the music we requested ready and everything played at times we asked. Everything went good but once the dance floor opened... it was even BETTER. Adrian kept the dance floor open for over an hour and played music that everyone was able to dance to without the songs being inappropriate. After Jeannie left, he even substitute as the MC and made a couple announcements for us. If you are looking for affordable and professional entertainment for your reception, I will highly recommend Adrian and Jeannie. They were worth EVERY penny we paid and they turned our reception into a PAR-TAY. read more

It's been days and I still can't get over how Mr. Adrian Ong brought the "life" to our wedding reception. He was our DJ/MC on our Wedding Day and my wife and I couldn't ask for more. My family, friends and officemates are still taking about how he made our bridal party's entrance very fun and lively and this even spread throughout the entire evening of the reception. So here it is my friends, his name is Mr. Adrian Ong and he's from "Let's Make A Memory". Mr. Adrian, Sir, I don't know how to thank you enough for making our wedding reception an unforgettable one. Thank you for your very professional demeanor. You even calmed down the Wedding Coordinator who's going nuts about how late the bridal party came to the reception and how late the party started. Thank you so much for your patience as we called you and e-mailed you numerous times for last minute changes. Thank you for the very engaging game-fillers and letting the people know and understand more about us. Thank you so much for understanding our situation in many aspects. Thank you so much respecting our faith and not insisting us to conform to what's "in" but going with what we prefer. Thank you so much for the very nice choice of songs that were played. Thank you for giving me the courage to actually sing in front of the crowd. That was a crazy experience. Haha... Thank you so much for making this event that only happens once in a lifetime such an amazing experience. My wife and I owe you a lot! "Let's Make A Memory" really stood up to its name as he made September 29, 2013 an unforgettable memory for us... read more

Our wedding was a blast thanks to Adrian and his crew! He is a charismatic MC, he engages the audience, he commands attention, he is theatrical, and his comedic timing is impeccable. Guests only ever have good things to say about Let's Make a Memory and how the celebration was made even more, well, memorable because of Adrian. Besides being an excellent MC/DJ, Adrian was also very easy to work with. My husband, Sean, and I live in Baltimore so it was essential for us to reliably communicate with a DJ/MC via email/phone. Setting up the music was also super easy; we basically asked for a specific genre to be played during cocktail hour and dining, then let the DJ choose the rest of the music. Another plus, was how affordable and reasonable their prices were. We are both graduate students and Let's Make a Memory was well within our budget. Finally, Adrian is completely capable of entertaining highly diverse crowds. At another wedding I attended that Adrian MC'd, he switched between speaking English, Tagalog and Mandarin throughout the night. Adrian was able to crack jokes and MC while speaking different languages, which is pretty amazing! read more

If you are looking for a good time, your search should probably stop here. You should be dialing their number by now. My husband and I first learned of Let's Make a Memory with Adrian Ong through our wedding coordinator who assured us that they had worked together and he was a sure thing. So we made the trek out to Monterey Park to see him, and we felt really good about his DJ and emcee services and booked him for our wedding. Needless to say, we were not disappointed! Even my parents, who are such homebodies, and many older guests asked us where we found him, he was that good! We didn't want the night to end, it was so much fun! Some points to consider: 1. Though not needed for our ceremony, he is multilingual which works well for asian (filipino/chinese) clientele. 2. Vendor (his) meals should be hot and tasty, no ditzy sandwiches--he deserves it! (And if you didn't know you had to feed your vendors at your party, consider this your head's up) 3. He is a very interactive host, playing games, calling on your guests, etc. Your guests will earn their prizes! 4. Expect to have your guests ask for his information for their own parties. Adrian was so accommodating, incorporating a song list that my husband had sent him the day of the wedding. I really believe the DJ/emcee will make or break your party, and Adrian made ours unforgettable and something we can't quit talking about up 'til now. Book him way in advance--or be sorely disappointed! read more

Really was on top of their game can't stop hearing about my wedding day with my beautifully gorgeous wife and how wonderfully great the photos turned out and followed through with everything the crew had to offer of video photos and the awesome lighting and sound quality and effects with all the top end equipment they had to play the music and also as the mc to keeping the crew in focus nothing cheap about the equipment at all like some of the other crews out there yeah there were some down times where there seemed like they just want to be there the money but really turned out really legit definitely looking forward to hire him for future events and also recommendations if any one asks read more

I hired Adrian and Wasabi for my American/Chinese wedding expecting great results especially from reading all the reviews. I wanted a DJ/MC that can speak English and Mandarin and decided to pay premium for their services since they assured me they will do an excellent job. That was not the case. My complaints were not for Wasabi but for Adrian and his DJ team. Wasabi did a great job. She is well versed in both English and Mandarin. She kept the reception together and was attentive to the newlyweds and guests needs. The games we played kept the reception lively and fun. Adrian and his DJ team on the other hand did not perform the most basic requirements necessary for a smooth ceremony and reception. The DJ missed the mark on the Bride's processional song. There was no music when the Bride started walking that the Groom had to give a look to the DJ and he just shrugged. Not only that, after the Birde and groom were pronounced Mr. and Mrs., the DJ missed the q again and there was no song. Only after about a minute of the Bride and groom wondering where was the song, it started playing. I paid an extra for them to DJ at the ceremony and they messed up the most important parts. During the reception, I heard a couple songs on the playlist but many songs were random ones that Adrian played. The groom had to tell Adrian to pick it up because the songs were too lathargic for the reception. Only after, the songs started getting better. Then during the speech from my MOH, my MOH was extremely pissed at Adrian for messing up her speech and playing the song at the wrong time. I had a lot of complaints from guests and wedding party that the DJ was not good. Adrian was the most diffcult vendor that I had to deal with. It was hard to work with him in the beginning and in the end, he did not deliver. I would not recommend Let's Make a Memory to anyone. If Wasabi MC'd separate from Adrian, I would consider Wasabi by herself. I definitely do not recommend Adrian and his DJ team, they were apathetic to the wedding itself and messed up on so many levels. They are a lot more expensive than other DJ's and are not worth it. Save the hassle and look for someone else. read more

We hired Adrian for MC only since we had hired live band at the very beginning. We didn't think that we would need a MC until very last minute when everyone who had done the wedding before suggested us to hire a real professional and has experience for entertaining at reception. We found Adrian through a friend's friend who is also a wedding planner and got rave review about Adrian from her as well. It was also because Adrian knows multiple languages and half of our guests are Chinese and half are American, so we wanted a bilingual MC on our wedding and Adrian fits our needs. That's why we hired him. Since we had Adrian at the very last minute and because our planning time was very limited (a week prior to the wedding), we often had many unexpected notices from the planning. However, Adrian had been considerate to the sudden changes and being flexible to our needs. On the wedding day, he was able to lead the crowds and made our entertainment program go even more smoother. Many of our guests were impressed by his MC service because he didn't overwhelm our crowds with his speeches, instead, he made the program even more outstanding and our wedding night more fun for our guests to engage with. My husband and I really satisfied his service for our wedding and our guests and we will recommend Adrian to our next couples who are getting married in the future!! read more

My husband and I booked Let's Make A Memory for our wedding pretty early in the game. They were one of the first vendors we booked. If you're like us, then you have a million people in your ear giving you feedback and "heads up" making us worry and stress. But a Million thanks to Mr. Adrian Ong and to his team! They deliver! Pros: - Quick responses - that's they kind of vendor you want! - Can read the crowd - that's saying A LOT. If I could bold that I would. Both my husband's and my family don't dance (at least the parents/older folks) and even worse, they get nervous/anxious about every little thing. But Adrian commanded the audience like a pro. If you've got an old school Asian family like mine (aka they don't listen, ever), you would appreciate some assistance. - Can accommodate song requests, even non-American music - Fast setup & breakdown, especially helpful if you've booked a venue that needs a fast turnaround - Polite & charming! - I can't say this will happen for everyone, but my husband and I got to see a few wedding details only because Adrian used our hashtag. It's like having friends who take pics for you, when you can't (If you are reading Adrian, we are super grateful!) - Accommodating to timelines & dual setups for ceremony & cocktail/reception Cons: what cons?? We received A LOT of compliments following our wedding. Thank you Let's Make a Memory! read more

We got married on 6/7/15 in Long Beach, CA. Let's make a memory provided DJ and MC service for our bilingual Chinese-English wedding. Adrian was very prompt and professional with all email correspondence, telephone calls, and face-to-face meetings. My husband-to-be at the time of wedding planning was very adamant that the DJ be a real DJ that can mix and spin not just play CDs. This was one of his asks for the wedding. So, we wanted to make sure that the DJ service was on par to his expectation. On the day of the wedding, the DJ killed it on the music selection and kept the room dancing the entire night!! The dance floor was never empty!! Our guests were having such a great time, they complained that the wedding ended too early!! Thanks Adrian and DJ Mizo for making our wedding day so much fun. read more

They definitely took the time to get to know us, and we are so appreciative of their efforts to have everyone involved in our special day :) Their professionalism and enthusiasm, to make our evening special, goes above and beyond!! So while looking for vendors for our wedding our top priority was to look for a bilingual MC for our half chinese and half american guests - little did we know that while looking through Let's Make A Memory's website we would not only find that but an amazing DJ, photography and videography team. From the reviews it looks like Let's Make a Memory originally was a MC and DJ company which made us hesitant to utilize them for their photography and videography (which we were still looking for while in talks for a bilangual MC) however after talking with Adrian who is the head of the company he assured is that his team was excellent and showed us a ton of exmaples of their past work and man was he right! From our engagement pictures we knew that the photography team was top notch and on the day of the wedding the same day edit the videography team created was beyond anything we were expecting! We still haven't gotten our pictures or DVD yet since our wedding was only two days ago but from what we have seen already from the team I know it will come out perfect. Thank you so much Adrian (who happened to be our DJ for the night - your song selections throughout dinner was perfect) - you and your team are one of the main reasons our wedding turned out so great! Oh and before I forget thank you so much Jeannie for being our MC for the night - everyone kept telling us how professional you were and thought that u were a close friend of ours because of how friendly you were and how much you knew about us (which you knew from asking us a bunch of questions over email before the event). That kind of personal treatment is unheard of at all of the weddings I've attended and it really separates you guys from everyone else. read more
