Additionally, their courtyard space is only accessible by a staircase that has less than 1/2 foot of clearance around a giant door, making it dangerous to access the 3rd part of the venue. I was given discounted plants (see photo), a refund of fans purchased and doordashed (see photo) day of by my sister. We paid over $4000+ in venue cost alone... I say this very seriously - thank goodness that nobody had heat stroke that day. Thank goodness nobody fell. But also, come on, get it together.
