I called the 800 number and after a prolonged wait on hold was told my daughter took the wrong course and that the website is very clear. The website is not clear and gives two options - a class for point reduction and a class for court mandated. As my daughter was not mandated by the court to take the class we chose the other course for point reduction. The representative was unhelpful, refused to offer any type of assistance and simply repeatedly spoke over me saying the website is very clear. There's several quizzes, and a final exam; the final exam is open book/notes. You do need a passing score on the quizzes to move on to the next sections of the course. The course can be finished in perhaps an hour or even less, it really depends. There is a certain time limit you need to spend though on the course. There's a lot of detailed information with lots of tidbits. Follow the directions that are required (certain amount of time you need to spend etc), and take the course. The price for traffic school was definitely reasonable!

He was always patient, professional, and very experienced in teaching new drivers. Sevak was calm and very supportive which is crucial to build confidence in new drivers. My son enjoyed the lessons and chatting with Sevak. He was always very punctual, communicating clearly, and provided feedback after each lesson; taking the time to speak to either myself or my husband as well. It was reassuring to know my son was in safe hands while learning to drive. My son even asked me to text Sevak after he passed his driver's test and share the news with him, that is the type of connection they had which speaks volumes and Sevak, of course, was very happy and proud of his student (my son). My daughter had taken lessons from another company where the instructor was professional but not nearly as informative and thorough as Daniel was with me, the parent, about what he was going to teach before the session and what they did after the session. As other reviewers have mentioned, Daniel is so knowledgeable about every aspect of instructing "how" to be a good driver, why you need to maneuver the car this way or that way, and took my son on all sorts of streets and freeways and different situations. And yes, Daniel is very funny (in a subtle way, I've noticed myself) and very very patient. And my son can attest to these comments!
